So far it's all been a positive experience dr M. Explained a lot and listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly and helped us through a rough moment thus far with our 11 year old aussie. Maria stein AC was able to get us in quickly all though we had never been there being new to the area and not having a vet yet they got us in same day (not on an emergency call) Even though the news wasn't great (as I expected) and a rather urgent surgery is required they had a last minute cancellation for surgery tomorrow and were able to slide us in. We haven't had the surgery yet but I am feeling confident in there abilities and am so happy we went to them. I was happy that I didn't have to ask the question regarding pricing and it was presented to me in the way that it was so that I didn't sound callus asking about the price. The price for services offered and the scope of work needing to he performed thus far seems in line with expectations and I am hopeful that all will go smoothly tomorrow. Thanks Dr M and Maria stein AC!

Absolutely love Maria Stein Animal Clinic. Everyone there was so nice and patient with all the questions I had during our visit. The staff and Dr.s are very thorough and really care about your pets. It's definitely worth the hour drive for us to go there.

I'm so incredibly thankful for these ladies and gentlemen for saving my boy! Big Zod was taken to MedVet with a urinary tract blockage and wasn't given the best care. He came back to me with four days' worth of sedation that the vets at Maria Stein had to work around. His kidney and liver levels were off the chart and he had an infection developing in his lungs. He really was very close to death, but these guys performed a miracle and brought him back! He was given a feeding tube, as he refused to eat for five days and wouldn't take force feedings. He was sent home with medicine and special food to help bring him back to health. This feeding tube really saved him, and I'm so grateful for it and the amazing vets at Maria Stein Animal Clinic for their care and compassion. I can't say enough how grateful I am for them and the magic of the feeding tube! Zod is doing so good and he's back to being my spunky guy!

Saw Dr. Mitch today. She was absolutely wonderful and was honest about what my kitten may have. Highly recommended this facility.

My husband's family has used this vet for many years, I recommend them to anyone that asks. I have eleven and eight year old dogs they have treated since they were puppies, plus when we had animals on our farms, we used their services. Any concern I have they listen to, and handle with importance. Their straight forward and to the point attitude is what I find most important, as well as their care and concern for my animals. My senior boy has had a lot of problems as he's gotten older, and while we have spent a considerable amount on vet bills this year, it's still cheaper than other vets in the area. And in case of emergency after hours care, very affordable compared to other places I've heard of. Thank you Maria Stein Animal Clinic for being amazing.

Worst vet ever. Was rude, acted like it was my fault my cat got sick. Over charged me and never gave me the money back. Don't even get me started on the urn they gave me with his ashes in it. Do not recommend!!

I have been to this vet 4 times in the last month for the same dog who is 1.5 years old. Every time I bring up a concern it gets swept under the rug until it's a bigger issue. Then I get undermined by how I let it go for so long. They talk about other customers in front of you with staff (in my case it was about my sister-in-law) using names and possible diagnoses, along with making sly comments about them. It made me feel like their customers are a burden and aren't worth their time. I was going to them for the convenience factor and I was recommended to them by the same sister-in-law that they were talking about, no more.

Very great staff they got me in as soon as they could and we figured out my dog had Lyme and ehrlicha from ticks! She couldn’t walk and was having seizures. They were very well at working with my budget thank god! I love and appreciate everything they did for my sweet girl. Best vet around in my opinion!! She made a complete 360 and is even happier then she was before I’m so grateful we could save her.

I was having problems with my cat delivering her last kitten and we came all the way from troy to this clinic and they were the nicest and most caring people! My pets have a new vet! Thank you everyone so much!

This place is amazing, my brother's dog was in labor and in distress with a lodged puppy in the birthing canal, we couldn't find anyone who would work with us on payments until we found Maria Stein, the doctor and surgeon did great and answered all questions we had, I highly recommend them! We had the honor of working with Dr. Michelle “Mitch” Michalak and Dr. Emily Stayduhar both ladies were wonderful! Thank you both for helping my brother's dog Kai we will forever be great full that you guys were there to help her out! God Bless you both!

This is a wonderful clinic with caring, proficient personnel. I appreciated being able to get an appointment when we had an emergency. I also appreciated the spa day my two had with the groomers.
