Worst place ever! Place opens at 9:00 washers were no on until after 10:30 am. No one around to help. Here for Nationals and thousands staying on the campground and can’t get to do laundry around your kids shooting competition!

Best laundromat in Delaware and morrow county
Update…. Used to be the best in town.
It got purchased which originally was fine. Prices went up and there was no longer tanning. Now the coin machine hasn’t worked in two months. Nobody actually works there anymore so there isn’t anyone to notify to get it working again. It is very sad to see the decline of what used to be one of my favorite regular stops.
I used to go out of my way for this specific laundromat but now each time I come I’m reminded why I changed my routines.

One word: WOW!! I used to come here and wash all my clothes. I’m local. Back then the owner fired all of the staff bc he wanted to save money, and instead increased all of the washing and drying. So it went from $3, to $5.75. Not terrible not great. Now???? I need to wash a blanket and came by. $9?!?!? For ONE WASH?! You sir are greedy and pathetic to do this. It’s bad enough we face ridiculous inflation everywhere else and for the owner to capitalize on that with this place is a shame. I’ll never come back nor will I recommend this place ever. $9? Are you kidding me? No thanks. I hope this place closes.

Laundry facility is good. No response from inquiry and loss of money in washing machine. I have also heard from another person that her phone call was never answered. My loss was their gain.

No one on site, machines take your money, can't never get hold of anyone to get money back , you call number on door and rings to back room, prices jumped up $3.00 for less time

We come to this laundromat every year because we’re at a National Shooting Event. This laundromat has gone downhill tremendously. A machine took several dollars of my money & then stopped registering my coins, but wouldn’t return my money. The number to call is useless because no one answers. Most frustrating was that when I returned 3 days later, they raised the prices by almost $3 a wash AND cut the wash time in 1/2,so I paid even more for clothes 1/2 as clean.

We come every year to the area for a national shooting competition, this is our 3rd year. This place used to be amazing. It was kept so clean, the staff was nice, the prices were decent, and there was always staff onsite. Now, the tanning side is walled off, and I haven't seen a single staff member yet this week. There are several machines out of service,and they are not kept as clean as before. The ATM was out of service, and as stated before no staff, so hopefully, you bring enough money.

Was there on a Wednesday. Prices have increased since I was last there but of course I don't go often only when I have something I can't do in my own machine. I was literally the only person in the building. That, if for no other reason, is why I won't go back. There was a small sign up saying to help keep the facility clean for others. I noticed it after I walked past the stand where they had a bottle of cleaning solution and rags (I think marked clean and dirty.). I understand that things have been difficult in the past few years, hard to find employees and costs have increased everywhere. That said raising prices and then expecting the customer to clean your facility is a bit much. I mean I'm not going to leave a mess I make but I'm also not going to wipe down your machines either. I also noticed some machines in need of repair. I remember when this place was busy and comfortable to use... Not anymore. It's actually sad to see it so deserted. Puts me in mind of being in a dying Mall.
