I just threw two sausage breakfast burritos on the ground. Rubbery texture, horrible flavor, and again, the texture.
Had dinner here, wasn't bad. But id definitely skip out on breakfast.

Order the deluxe chicken sandwich combo but didn’t realize it did not come with a drink. The sandwich is the driest tasteless chicken I’ve ever had.

I’ve been a loyal Sheetz customer for a long time and love your stores for their food, gas, and friendly service. However, my recent experience at Sheetz #760 was very disappointing. Jacob, an employee there, was extremely rude during our interaction. This was shocking because I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at any of your locations before.
One of the reasons I continue to choose Sheetz is because of the welcoming and courteous staff, but this incident fell far short of your usual standards. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer service at this location, as I truly value Sheetz as a go-to store.

I prepay 300 dollars for diesel ,
I get 95 gallons, and they charged me 297.15 dollars, which is ok, but they kept the prepay 300 as well, witch is not ok, They are supposed to keep 297.15 and return 2.85 to me. I am very desepointed about your practice. Need ANSWERS

One of the worst Sheetz in OHIO! first off restrooms not clean often, coffee stations sticky and a mess. And to the cooks ..less talking WHILE preparing food some people spit when they talk and yall do NOT wear mask and just talk away . Food was terrible, change the oil yall cook in..sheeesshh! Mac n cheese was cold . My meal was unpleasant to eat . Management need to get this store in line asap

I took my children to Sheetz in Marengo and it was amazing! Great food great service and an employee named Ezra was over the top service! The restroom was so clean and neat! I will definitely be coming back to visit soon!

I go to the Sheetz at least every other day to get gas in my company work truck cause that’s where my boss wants me to get it. Every single time you have people parked at the pumps. Put a sign up if you’re not getting gas get out of the way. These people can’t think they’re the only ones that need to park and go inside. you’re way too busy of a station to have people parked at your pumps. So I called inside there was eight cars with eight people behind them waiting to come out and get in there car and leave. The girl said I can’t just tell them to move actually you can not getting gas don’t block the pumps pretty simple.

Purchasing a product and it says sale $12.99 but the register rings up 13.99 that is against the law i even pointed it out to the associate and they argued that it was on sale with the sheetz card and nowhere on their says that you need the sheetz rewards card her attitude was very unprofessional.

I always stop by to get diesel food and a coffee, but sometimes early in the morning between 1-2am they do clean the coffee machine and I haven't been able to have one. Just a friendly advice, don't clean all the coffee machines in the same time please, leave one for the customer.

They could not get my order by the paper receipt and asked me to cancel it and reorder I had no time to wait in the line over again. After that they could not apply rewards to my energy drinks so I just decided that I don't need that much and without discount I'll get just one. At the end of the day they could not read my card. So I was about to purchase things for 20$ but left with empty hands and wasted time. Next time I'll stop by the Pilot they never have that many issues. The restroom is dirty and nasty. Overall experience is very disappointing
