On a road trip from Cincinnati to Ontario when our tire was going flat. Called 5 different places and no one could help. Tyler helped us out ASAP and didn’t even charge us , totally saved our anniversary. He was helping other people when we just randomly showed up and he’s extremely kind and knowledgeable.

Called to get an estimate for mounting a tire. Told $25 so I decided to give my business to a local. When I had tire mounted he charged $40. Had the rest of my tires done at RNR.

Had an issue with our car on vacation and tried to find anyone with availability to fix it when we got home. Most shops were saying the wait-list was 1-2 weeks! Bakers not only squeezed us in the day after we came home, but they did a great job for a great price as well! They were great with communicating who was doing the work, how much it would cost and when it would be done. Very trustworthy and quick! We will be returning customers for sure!

Highly recommend Baker's! My son and I were travelling recently on 71 and my car started acting up, we stopped off at Baker's and a kind mechanic dropped what he was doing and helped me out. He correctly diagnosed the issue, fixed it in no time and we had a safe drive home. He was so knowledgeable and honest. I am so incredibly thankful that I chose this shop. And he taught me an invaluable lesson about the importance of balanced tires. Choose Baker's!

Had an issue with my car that could’ve been way more serious. Heard a rattling—thought it might be something with my engine—that was actually a loose flap on the windshield. Turned out to be a quick fix, and these guys didn’t charge me. Thanks for the help!

We were headed to Cincinnati from Akron and tire lights came on. We had a nail in the rental tire and no spare. Googled Bakers and were greeted by Tyler who stopped working on another vehicle to immediately plug our tire. We were in and out and back on the road within 10 minutes! Kudos Tyler for your wonderful customer service and humanity!
