Absolutely do NOT stop here. Hands down one of the worst bathrooms I have been in. The urinal was covered in what I hope was water. The women’s bathroom was out of soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Absolutely do NOT stop here.

Literally Duke and Duchess is always my go to gas station. After always trying to stop after work and it ALWAYS being closed. Tonight I tried to stop at 9:46 and it was closed. I will never go back to this location again. Now I really see why I have recently been stopping at the new Shell station across the way... if you're going to have a business, make sure you have consistent hours! Consistency is key in any business! I do not care who you are!

Average run-of-the-mill gas station we stopped at while we were in town to get gas and a few snacks on the inside for the trip. It has a Taco Bell located on the inside also the bathrooms are a really nasty on the inside

Everyone is always so and helpful. The store is usually pretty well stocked and very seldom is something out of stock. The restrooms are usually clean and stocked.

I visited this location on Tuesday morning and the only restroom (men's) that was working was disgusting! I was in there again on Thursday afternoon and Friday evening and Friday night, the restroom was so nasty that there was no way I was using it. I don't think the staff on these days have been cleaning it. I know when I have been in there in the wee hours of the morning and a female had been working you could tell that she had scrubbed the restrooms or restroom (after the women's got closed down again). I go by there 6-7 times per week, different times of the day and this store appears to have major issues. If it wasn't for it being easy to turn into before getting on 71 I don't think it would stay in business. There's only been a couple of employees that haven't been rude or ignored customers, the counters are nasty the majority of the time, the shelves with merchandise appears as if they haven't been cleaned in months, the parking lot/yard doesn't look like anyone cleans up the trash, there's been multiple times the outside trash cans have been overflowing (not one trash can, but all of them), there is rarely windshield washer fluid or paper towels out for customers to clean their windshield, etc. Like I said this location has many issues!

Stopped for quick gas fill up. Only one rest room for highway traffic is not enough. Expect to wait In line. The restroom was not clean, no paper towels and hand dryer broken. Yuk. There is an attached Taco Bell but the floors are so filthy that no food was appetizing. On the upside, it was a quick on and off the highway and gas is priced fixed with the others in the area. I did not feel like a duchess here.

Were traveling and this was the most disgusting bathroom from here to Lexington KY!
