The older man was incredibly rude and creepy. He made my little sister prom shopping experience horrible. He followed us around the store and kept trying to give her Dresses to try on that he liked. He attempted to come in the dressing room to help with the dress straps, very Inappropriate!! He also has a smart mouth!!

At Ruby’s finding a prom dress was easy. The store owner made sure my experience was a one and I really appreciate that. And it wasn’t like he just wanted to sell you any dress he made sure it fitted you.

If I could give zero stars I would they are VERY RUDE! The older gentleman literally grabbed a dress out of my hand and said “you can’t try that on if it’s not in your budget” and made a whole scene about how I can’t afford a dress when we were just trying the dress on. They also hide the brand of the dresses so that you can’t find it online and are forced to buy it there.

Customer service is horrible. The one lady does not know how to speak to people. You are not the only dress store around!!!

The man with gray hair was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Upon taking a photo of the barcode of a dress that was SEVEN sizes too big for me in order to get it online in my size, he kept asking me, “why would you come in store to buy online?” in an extremely passive aggressive manner over and over. The other customers looked extremely uncomfortable with his demeanor as well, and he was pressing them to buy a dress they didn’t like. The other customers left because of this. I hope that there are others that staff this store at times. I do not recommend visiting in person whatsoever, just order online if you really like their designs. Their selection was very limited in store and it’s not worth the headache imo.

Very kind staff. Beautiful selection for multiple sizes. Reasonable prices. Definitely worth going to for prom dress or any formal fancy event.
