Horrible company. They won't work with you when you are a day or so late. You will get hit with stupid fees and get locked out of your unit. I swear I think the people that work the desk are slow and have nasty attitudes. You have to pay a move in deposit which is not only stupid but they will give you hell getting your money back. The North Randall location is inconvenient due to it being in a building and the sliding doors do break as they demand for you to not hold the door open as you move in. The slow head at the desk there will talk your head off and then will try to play you with fees and will deliberately complicate matters when you're sharing a unit. Save yourself and dont waist your time unless you like cursing little White women out. She will make you want to smack her. I had an issue once where I saved my items from auction. When I got into my unit they had already taken what they wanted and then posted it for auction. I lost items given to me by my deceased father due to the employees sticky hands. Dont bother, keep searching for other storage units.

Horrible experience at this location. Maintenance manager was rude and threatened me cause I told him his comments were unnecessary. Place a was a d*** as well, roofs collapsing and very dirty. Do not recommend storing here.

Went to my storage unit in Maple Heights the other day and had to dig through a mound of snow to get into my unit. All the units had mounds of snow in front of them. Redi Storage should've at least sent an email to renters letting people know to bring a snow shovel if they were going to get access to their outdoor units. I used my snow brush, it took me about 15 to 20 min to dig out the snow to get into my unit. I didn't have time to go back home and get a shovel.When I was at the Redi Storage in Twinsburg years ago, this was never an issue no matter how bad it snowed.Generally I like Redi Storage but I don't pay my monthly rent to have to do the work a plow or snow blower can easily do.

I came in today to get some help for an auction won. I met two people a lovely lady store manager and a gentleman named Todd . These two were so professional so warm so friendly. They helped me with everything I needed help with today. Most of my interaction was with Todd. Can I say he has an energy, a kindness and a professionalism that I wish existed everywhere I went. I was so pleased with my interaction with him and I am SO grateful that ready storage has him on their team . He is definitely an asset to the company . Anyone who interacts with him will only walk away with the best impression about Redi Storage. Todd if you're reading this you know how much I appreciate you . Thank you thank you thank you!

I enjoyed the service here at the maple heights redi storage center. The staff was very nice, patient and understanding. The staff kept the grounds clean and it always appeared safe secure. I would recommend to others for storage needs.
