I can’t thank them enough (mechanics and the supervisor/lobby guy. I was in chagrin falls today on my way home to Michigan when i accidentally hit a blown of semi tires on the freeway and damaged my muffler. Googled the closes muffler shop and thankfully this shop came in first on my google list. Took me in and less than 5 minutes I was back on the road! These guys are very professional and very knowledgeable at what they do. Made it back to Michigan with no problems! Thank you again guys!

I highly recommend this place for exhaust muffler brake related service. Very professional and knowledgeable. My vehicle sounded like a lawn mower when I arrived ,but was purring like a kitten when I left. Very budget friendly. Brakes next. Thank you Rainbow muffler you guys rock!!

I take my vehicles to this location often. Very pricey but they do great work. However, the last time I took my vehicle to this location, I was missing something out my car and didn’t make a big fuss because I was unsure if the mechanics took it or not. This past week , I dropped off another vehicle of mine and guess what!!?? There’s something missing again, only this time, I’m 100% sure it was one of there mechanics. I advise everyone to remove anything of value from your vehicle before allowing them to service your vehicle.

They have good prices. Just have the time to be in line early in the morning. Be there by 730 if you want to be done that day. Otherwise, drop it off. They do have warrantees.

This place employs thieves and scammers!!! Before I knew better I went to them to get my upper control arms replaced on my two front tires, when I got my car back everything was fine. I never thought to check under the hood because I wasn’t getting any under the hood work done…That brings me to my realization yesterday I go outside to start my car and it doesn’t start! I call a tow truck he comes and tells me that it’s not my alternator it’s my battery! So I take a look a my battery and realize it’s not the EVER START battery I bought from Walmart last year! It’s a battery from BJ wholesale I store I’ve never heard of or went to! These crooks swapped my brand new battery for this raggedy old one! Thankfully I was able to get a new one yesterday, but I can’t imagine how many things they break on people’s cars! Just to have them come back.. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! I will be suing

Be careful. They lied to me and said a straight pipe is illegal so they could charge me 40 times the price. Lazy or scam artists. Either way.... go somewhere else or deal with a company that scams people with no hesitation

Now and days when things go wrong with your car you have to expect to spend $500 plus . I’ve used this location 3 times and each time I was always surprised on the low cost my repairs have been and no issues from those repairs. Only negative thing is you have to drop your car off in the morning if you need it fixed and can’t make appointments which sucks when you work nights and have to take kids to school.Service: Auto maintenance
