Y'all didn't give us our drinks and gave my mom ghost pepper wings instead of the regular ones she asked for--which were a substitute for the shrimp tackle box she originally ordered. Then, your speakerbox is trash and my mom said she could barely hear the girl and she didn't even speak up. The girl that took my mom's order was very short with her and didn't even tell her y'all were out of shrimp. She had to discuss it with the girl at the window. When offering my mom a substitute instead of a refund, she asked her did she want ghost pepper wings and my mom very adamantly went, "NOOOO NO NO NO. Just regular ones thank you. Make them exactly the same as the first order." (My son had regular 6-piece wings). So how is it that my mom ended up with ghost pepper wings after all that? Then I go to call about it and you don't answer the phone. Idk y'all need some help and support up there. They must not be doin' y'all right cuz y'all ain't doin' the customers right.

Middle of the day and the lobby is closed and the doors are locked . Employees do not want to do they job .

They are always out of wings after I order them then wait and hour then I get a message there out of the darn wings unprofessional service and can never get no one to pick up that phone

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!! THE GUY AT THE REGISTER WAS ON HIS PHONE CURSING!! GOT MY ORDER WRONG AND COULDN'T ENTER THE COUPON!! THE LADY WHO TOOK OVER WAS KINDA RUDE BUT IN THE END WAS OK!!! SHOULD GET A ZERO!!!

Could be better, no receipt, seems like every popeyes I go to is out of paper for receipt, what gives, I might have to go to the other store with three letters.

Very slow service. They pay way more attention to the drive through then the lobby. Guy behind me says I'm just going to go through drive through and walks out.

This have to be one of the worst Popeye's ever terrible customer service. Very unprofessional staff. Many times I came here the chicken was old tasting. They always out of regular things they should have. Terrible place to eat. I wouldn't send a dog here to eat. So many workers that really don't care. They come to work looking at mess, the guys wear sagging pants. The young ladies wear hair bonnet to work. They always have bad attitudes. Just so unprofessional and ghetto. How can anybody wait in line for over 5 minutes for this type of service, very unacceptable.

Terrible experience! I got dark chicken when I ordered white chicken, a guy working there gave me the corrected order. I was missing a biscuit, they gave thst to me. When I got home, my daughter barely got fries and no mayo on her chicken sandwich, the bun was burnt, the food just wasnt enjoyable and Popeyes has the best chicken....not today. I'll never go to this location again.

No customer service training at all: tried to get some plan wings, but he told me they only come in Sriracha and the only mild chicken was the regular chicken. I told him to give me two pieces I get to my car and I got two biscuits. I go back in, and he tells me that I said biscuits and my reply was I know what I said out of my mouth. Then tried to tell me to be respectful. I was upset and my voice did raise, but he didn’t get cussed out and he got mad and started biting his lip and acting like he wanted to fight so I asked him what he wanted do and he told me I’m not gonna serve you. All he had to do was redo the order instead of trying to check the customer. There are too many of these places giving employees and managers the right to dismiss customers for trivial reasons. If you can’t handle custom service correctly, you might need to find somewhere else to work like a factory or something. The young man that I’m three times his age to tell me I’m being disrespectful by being upset about my food. I didn’t get my money back and he told me to call corporate so I’m not only wrote this review I did let corporate know. I want to talk to them and I want my money back. This place needs real management, not chicken House gangsters. 000 stars

I don’t even leave reviews fr but these employees are the most rudest employees I’ve ever came across. I come in about my order and the guy at the counter goes “what you want now” manger standing right there didn’t even correct him or anything. Please learn customer some service skills.

Takes more than 30mins to get your food from the drive thru and the inside is never open! Be cautious of your chicken bt for the most part I do like their food.

I just purchased Shrimp, and Red Beans & Rice from here. The Shrimp tasted really good, but the Beans & Rice tasted like MEDICINE. They even smelled like MEDICINE. Maybe someone incorporated their perfume into making the product. I tried calling to let them know, but NO ONE ANSWERED.

So I went to this Popeyes by accident, I had learned a lesson or two about this location, so I’m In the drive thru gave my name it was a mobile app order the cashier tells me pull to the window get to the window she says she doesn’t see my order and she could care less so. I asked is there a manager that can her pull the order up she then says with a attitude pull up now it’s no where to pull up in this lane so I’m guessing that the man with the blue hair was the manager he asked me to pull to the other side someone will be out to help me, a few minutes later the cashier comes out hands me the bag I check it,it a small thigh and 2 pigeon wings so I shake my head no napkins, spoon, or no sauce so I get ready to get out and a young man says that the inside is closed really politely said what’s wrong I will take it back in for you, he did them a guy comes out and asked me to come in I did he gave me fresh hot chicken the normal size a fresh biscuit with napkins and sauce and he apologized that’s how you give customer service I really appreciated that so shout out to the gentleman that was the cook he deserves a promotion or a raise, manager and cashier can use a class or 2
