Customer service provided by Joe was amazing. He was professional over the phone and was true to his word when giving an estimated 25 minute window for pick up. I highly recommend On Call towing services, “T” and Ed saw that My car was stuck in the snow they helpedme get my car out safely, they also took the time to make sure I was able to drive my car home. I highly recommend this towing company. I made several calls to other companies in the area who's voice mails were full. A nice young man(Terry) took my information and within 20 minutes they were there loading my car onto their truck.I can't say enough good things about their service. Terry even made getting my van in my driveway look easy.
