I got my daughter a phone and got me a new phone a week later and a free tablet Sam had the up to date phones I was looking for and put me on the best plan. Go check him out. Great service

I love metro pc. Been with them for 15 years and now have there Internet service....great I stream my TV watching with them now. Love it!!!

Customer service went above and beyond to get me home internet I explained the situation and not only did he get me a deal, I didn't have to worry about paying a hefty price! I will be recommending to my friends about this place!

I was in search of anybody other than CRICKET. Well, I found one here at this metro. I was able to get 3 free phones and tablet for less than $100 a month. All devices, the equivalent of free you receive at other competitors. Least not mention, THE MANAGER was awesome. I kept my old number too, walked out the door with everything and working service in less than 20 minutes and kept old phones.. don't know where else that would happen. Don't get hung up on Verizon and I phones, which you can buy at metro too.. JUST TRY HERE, SAVE A LOT OF MONEY!

My husband and I purchased new phones three weeks ago. I'm not a techie, the phone was quite a challenge. Sam, the store manager, was so helpful and reassuring. When we left the store he said"come back anytime, I'm here to help in any way I can. " I've returned four times. During each experience Sam always displayed great customer service, patience and an eagerness to assist. Sam's demeanor was intrinsic to my utilizing my phone confidently. During the weekend I had another problem. Another person working weekends was as forth coming offering assistance as Sam. This Metro site has great employees. l'm sorry I can't say that about other sites I've patronized. I'll definitely be referring friends and family to this store in the future.
