John is always right on time! He always make availability whenever we call no matter how last minute. He does an efficient job and a very reasonable price. He does the work to our regular vehicles and our high end vehicles.

I learned of this establishment from someone I didn't know. I was taking care of another business matter and I asked the older lady who was waiting at the counter about the quality of work she received at Matthews..she went on to say how pleased she was overall with the quality and pricing. I decided to give him my business over Firestone on two separate occasions. It turned out to be a great decision for me.

Disrespectful manger stood their 30 minutes talking to a customer about a family matter, she was related to him somehow.got smart with me when I asked a question , and when I asked the question he told me none of the businesses in the area did what I needed done, instead of pointing me in the right direction

Excellent work. Excellent customer service. Comfortable seating to wait around if needed. I got new ball joints and struts on my car and received great work. I was getting oil change and other services like that until then it was fine. But I got brakes and rotors replaced for my two vehicles and on both went bad within six months. After arguing he replaced for one vehicle but for the other one he charged me around $150. Again within six months they went bad. I called him regarding that but he simply said he won’t be able to replace anymore because they’re out of warranty. And they blamed me that I’m not keeping my cars in well condition. Both are driven to work within 4 miles. One of them is minivan which I keep up-to-date with all the services because that is taken to long trips with my family. After around 1-1/2 year later. I got same service done on both vehicles from Toyota dealership it was a little bit more money but peace of mind. And sense of security is there. And it’s been more than a year with no issues. So…. I would not recommend this place whatsoever.Services: General repairs & maintenance
