I had a good experience with the service department. I needed a service done in a hurry because I was planning on a long road trip in a day or two. I was trying to get some idea from Dave service rep that was working with me about the timeline We went over the problem and he showed some sympathy but explained why he couldn’t give me the assurance I wanted about the time it would take. I appreciated his honesty. It took a day and a half for services. Dave talked to me three times about it. He arranged a ride home and a pickup when the car was done. Liberty Ford has a good product and good people backing it up.

We went to Liberty Ford-Maple Heights to look for a new car for our son. I was told to speak with Steve Bissler. Once there; We worked with AB and Reggie. We told them what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend. AB and Reggie did an awesome job finding us what we wanted and for less than we were willing to spend. Everyone there had a positive attitude and it was great experience. Would go back again and deal with this team. Thank for making our car buying experience a positive one. Our son is supper excited to be driving his new SUV!!

On 4/17/2024 I dropped my 2020 Escape at Liberty Ford, Maple Hts. due to the vehicle's inability to shift from park to drive when the interior rose above 80 degrees. I picked the vehicle up on 4/19/2024 and everything seemed to be working fine. Much later I notice the cup holders and the console was not reassembled properly. I contacted the dealership and schedule a time to drop it off. No text, or reminders of that appointment was sent to me, the appointment had to be rescheduled.
on July 20th I was to drop the vehicle off and get a loaner, at that time a representative assisted me. she had a mechanic look at the problem and decided part needed to be order, and the appointment needed to be rescheduled again. I was told I would be responsible for paying for their mistake, I laughed. On July 31st I arrived at the dealership at 8.30 am, and was told the parts was not in and they would notify me when the parts arrived. on August 22nd I called to inquire about the part, and was told they had no idea what I was talking about, and they would check the computer and get back to me. On August 26th I called and demanded to speak with someone to file a formal complaint, I was redirected to the service advisor, David Nida. I left a voice message with my information and a brief explanation. I did received a return call however I was not able to answer at that time. On September 4th I called several times and left voice messages.
This is not the first time I have received this type of treatment from this dealership, this continues to be a ongoing battle, friends and family also receive poor service from this dealership, this has been happening for years.
please keep in mind numerous trip to this dealership with appointments scheduled, only to be turned around and nothing done. I've missed work, rearranged my schedule numerous times. Not to mention the 4 recalls on this 2020 vehicle also having to rearranged to get repairs. I got a new vehicle to avoid all of these issues and look at this.

Matt Radeff helped us all week long with the sale of our new 2024 bronco big bend, which we are sooooo happy with!!!! He communicated with us via text message on his day off while we shopped around for the best financing options for our family. He ran various financing options for us and supported us in our goals. Thx for our gorgeous vehicle! We are due for another new family vehicle soon and will definitely be coming back to work with Matt.

Still no car wash and again no car wash i havent had 1 the last couple of times I was there and it looks like they are short staffed but the young man that assisted me was the best and why did I tell them to check my front left tire I think its a bad tire I keep hearing a noise like a tread is broke or something isn't right with it, well guess what they rotated the tires and now it's on the front right side now so now I know why I got the deer with the headlights look when I SPECIFICALLY ASKED DID YOU CHECK THE TIRE, I TOOK OFF WORK FOR THIS TO ONLY HAVE TO GO BACK!!!!!! And I called now im sitting here hours later waiting on a call back they really suck my next call will be corporate and the 800 number to complain, so I filed a report i never got a call back and I will be finding another dealership to go to.

Liberty ford in Maple heights Ohio is by far the WORST, expensive I've ever had with motor vehicle service IN MY LIFE, ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK GOD MY OTHER CAR IS A CHEVY! Henry Ford himself is rolling over in his grave as we speak. The patheticness of the customer service on the telephone is SECOND TO NONE!!!

This review is not geared towards the employees because all employees have been very friendly.
This review is based on the car and condition of my “certified” pre-owned Ford Explorer.
Purchased my car March 31st 2023. Car was in service in June just months after having it. All including the following issues…
- 3 recalls
- power steering wheel jamming and grinding (took in 2 times for this to be resolved because they didn’t hear or see the issue the first time I took it in, even though I showed them a video)
- driver side window seemed loose, had them look at it and they didn’t see an issue with it. When it was rolled down a bit it shook more then passenger side
- dash board taken apart for AC failure and coolant leak
- chirping noise when AC goes on (took in 2x for this both times they didn’t find any issues. It’s still chirping)
- clicking noises in rear when j go in reverse
- I just picked my car up again on 8/16/24 for the 3rd time being in. This time the service call was for chirping noise back, click noise in the rear is back, and now when I go to start my car it doesn’t start on the first time. I have to try multiple times. They didn’t see it happen while it was in for service , however I have a video documenting this as well and showed service department. In addition the driver side window is now getting stuck when I roll it down, leaving me to pull over. Turn the car off and back on in hopes it goes up.
I have paper trails of service done and emails of all the issues. It’s a constant battle with this car. I drive everyday all day for work and worry I will get stranded one day or for the fact that I just picked up my car full knowing I’ll be back because yet more issues have no clear answer. Did I add 1 day after picking up the car…. It will not start on the first try again. Surprise.
Completely sick to my stomach the problems this car has given me.

One star only because I can't rate them as 0. I recently took a car there to investigate a loud squeak that it was making. Even though we had an appointment, it took them 3 days to determine it was the brakes that needed replaced.
After getting our car back it still squeaked. We ended up getting a nail in a tire (unrelated) but that helped us realize they only did the front breaks and gave us our car back with bad rear brakes and was also in need of rotors and calipers.
I don't know how that could have possibly passed their inspections. Zero trust in them now. I can only imagine what other unsafe vehicles they have released back onto the road.

We had a long drive down to deal with people we never met, experience could not have been better. No surprises, in and out in an hour. Lavair Armstrong did a great job start to finish. Got a good deal on a great truck, well worth the trip.
