Wouldn’t accept checks because I am a “New Customer.” Not helpful customer service. Very slow as well. Staff members are rude and yelled at a patron for sitting down, staff members did not accept military ID. Incredibly unprofessional.

this bank drive up atm is a hot mess. inside atm wouldnt take deposits. had to go into the bank to a teller to make a deposit.

The service in this branch is terrible. Your always waiting 15 to 20 minutes. Poor management.

I pulled in line at drive thru cause inside is closed. Sat here for 20 minutes. Move 1 car. Still got 2 in front of me .About another half hour.

I understand about trying to leave and go home, but take care of the customer and take a backseat for all of the side conversations and laughter, REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! One of the reasons why I don't bank with Huntington
