My experience with tax preparer Donna Collins of Cleveland Ohio was the best. But the prices were ridiculously overpriced. I won't go back for that reason. But for my preparer she was more then stellar and professional, informative, patient, helpful, knowledgeable.

Called me 3 times in a row and told her it was the wrong number twice. The third time I asked if she seriously called the same exact number a third time in a row. Twice I can ignore it since maybe you hit the wrong number the first time but most modern office phones display the number you dialed so there's really no excuse. Three times in a row and I don't think I'd ever trust them with even simplistic taxes.
