“We were welcomed at the door. We were shown and told where the couches were. We were asked a couple of times if we needed any help. But left to browse. We were finally ready the salesman was very friendly very helpful answered all our questions. Even showed us another option. We know the pricing was very good. So we went ahead and ordered. Helpful about letting us know approximate delivery to the warehouse and approximate delivery to our home. He did offer us an extended warranty. We had ordered all of our cabinets from North East Factory Direct ed with the gentleman who helped us then with the design and are very happy with the quality of the cabinets we got. The price was very good also.”

I took my daughter's sweet little 2-tiered heart shaped table and explained that with my health issues I needed a larger 3-tiered table to be able to reach meds, Yeti, tissues, light, phone, etc. He smiled and said "we can do it...maybe 3 weeks". “My wife and I visited the Lyndhurst store on 11/1. We were quickly greeted by the sales rep, Clark, who walked us through everything there was to know about Lovesac and the system. He answered all of our questions and was incredibly helpful. He made sure to put us as ease by reminding us that there was no sales commission, that he was really there to help us feel at ease considering the price of the couches. After walking us through everything and giving us a few quotes, we left basically knowing that any future furniture store trips would not be necessary, that Lovesac was the right choice.
We order our two Lovesac couches on 11/3 and they were delivered on 11/7, just about a week after leaving the store.
Long story short, great couch, easy assembly, and we are happy with our purchase, and this was all primarily driven by the fantastic service we got from Clark at this location. Thanks again Clark, we really appreciate your help!”

As someone who owns and rehabs old houses, it’s a cool place to shop (or just browse some of the classiest and also weirdest stuff from the past).But, I also tend to have a lot of cool stuff that I’ve removed from houses but had no use for. “The Great Escape has expensive products, but they are worth it. It is nice to have the items on display so you can see the quality and try out the furniture. We have purchased all of our deck furniture and umbrellas from the Macedonia store and they look just as beautiful today as they did when we purchased them over a decade ago. To make our lives even easier, the store has our entire purchase history and they were able to sell us additional items of the exact same quality because they knew what we had purchased back in 2013.
