Manager is ghetto, store is ghetto , employees are ghetto. I called just asking. If they can check on an item and they couldn’t even do that. Useless place. Their inventory audits are terrible. Especially for colognes or deodorants. On the phone with HR now and they can’t believe it. They have me on hold while they take notes etc.

This store is a gamble
? ? take today for example just happened to be in the area and of course was going to go in but the doors are closed lights are on the sign clearly says open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. it is 8:39 p.m. and they are closed no cashier insight when bringing it up they will say they're short-staffed which is a piss poor excuse?
How to store stays open baffles my mind.

Arrived at 9:25 to do a door dash. Lights are on but door is locked. No one in sight. Knocked on the door. Store opens at 8. Multiple customers outside trying to figure out what's happening. Management needs to get this together.

I decided not to hold back on how I feel about this store anymore. It is the magnifying glass of the junk "food" corporations send to Black neighborhoods. It is disorganized, the people working there seemed uninterested in serving or helping at all. It's hard to basic things sometimes, and I always leave drained and stress out as a result of the vibes. It's a very unhealthy environment, and I refuse to accept that is what Maple Hts gets. Giving that one few blocks away there are place that offer totally the opposite. You can do better and we deserve it.

This store is always closed, their excuse is that ither "it's been robbed,or short of employees."The neighborhood that this store is located in is obviously in a dangerous neighborhood.

I spend way too much money and time in here! ?08/12/2022-That was my experience then! I’ve gone to this store 3x lately and they’ve been closed! 10am, 11am-doesn’t matter! I don’t know if there’s not enough staff, technical issues, product problems-but when it is open, the place is a mess! Close it or secure better management! I miss shopping here!

This store needs to be closed. None of the prices on the shelves are correct. They used to fix the price when you showed them the sticker on the shelf. Now they dont. Not to mention the store is unclean. I really hate that stores like this are allowed to operate in my city. If you want people for items in the store then fix the advertised price. Whoever owns this store needs to lose it. Dollar General does not care who they franchise to.

They are closed right now this is maybe the 4th time I've come her before closing and the doora were locked. I called the store Robert said due to short staff he had to close early. Im not sure how he's able to make that decision but it's kind of obsurd that workers make corporate decisions
