I went there Tuesday to have my phone looked at.... when I walked in the worker was fraternizing with a girl that was dressed in short shorts then when I proceeded to tell him about my phone he quickly shut my conversation down and told me I needed to call customer service ???.. but when I visited the store in Akron on state rd not only did the worker check my phone had it working again but also told me when he was working next so he could make sure I was good days later... State Rd employee needs a raise...warrensville employee needs to be fired...very very unprofessional

Just called to check the availability of iPhone 14 pro max ,and the female who answered the phone was very nasty and not professional at all if she doesn’t like her job get another no need to be rude to anyone especially a long time customer made the call at 12:47pm 09/19/2022 the owner needs to talk to her ,I’ll take my business to the one in Garfield Heights.
