“Cedric is one of the most inviting and friendliest persons in customer service I have ever come across! He always has warm and encouraging words for all customers. He is the primary reason that I come to this location, as I know that I can count on him to make any situation good and pleasant. And the new coffee system is wonderful. I met the day-manager and she does not come off as pleasant. She may have been having a bad day. The 5-stars are for Cedric and not necassarily for the store itself. If I could give Cedric more stars, I would, because he gives 10-star customer service.”
