Their employee named Christopher ripped my door handle off. I freshly cleaned my car and he left marks and dirt everywhere. Called him later to ask about what happened and he cussed me out. **DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY**

HENRY IS THE BEST. He saved my life. I broke down on the side of the highway and had to call AAA he was there in a matter of minutes. He towed my car effortlessly and got me to the shop. I'm now back on the road and thankful

****WARNING***** Please read all reviews before patronizing at this shop. Vehicle towed in because it wouldn't stay charged. Was told it was the tension pulley and serpentine belt that needed replaced and thats why the battery wouldn't keep a charge. I suggested to Nas to check the alternator and he said he did and it was fine. Work was performed and bil paid in full. Car stalled on my son and I four days later and I had to have it towed to another shop.. The other shop informed me that it was the alternator that wasn't working and they don't understand why the previous shop (Champion Auto Towing) didn't know that the alternator was bad. Tension pulley and serpentine belt go hand and hand with the alternator. Im now stuck with an over 600.00 bill at another shop and my car sitting there until I can pay. This could have been resolved and cost me less in labor fees, time as well as other costs if my vehicle was diagnosed correctly the first time. Im not sure if this was intentional just to get me to have to return and pay more in labor costs as well as tow but I think this is absolutely disgusting. I've now waited on Nas to return my call for over 24hours and of course nothing. It took me less then 24 hours to give this company a great review and refer several of my clients here after I got my car back and before it stalled on me. I REALLY REGRET IT!

I called AAA at 7:20 PM for a tow my truck broke in the middle of Harvard and Eastwood Ln and they never did follow up with an update or anything after several calls for several several hours and didn’t show up until we’ll after 12:30AM!!!

Terrible place. Bad communication from “Nas” one of champion’s managers. They take ample time to work on your car & misdiagnosis your car’s problems. 0/10

They accepted my roadside assistance request and after 2.5 hours still nothing. The voice mail is full and nobody is answering the phone. Would rate zero stars if it was possible
