I went to get an upgrade and thr store said they were out. I purchased a different phone and the employee was somewhat helpful but could not focus because he was busy trying to buy clothes from a booster. I told him I would set the phone up myself because I didn't have time to wait for him to shop.
Phone did not come with the wall charger piece. That's fine I guess since certain company's stopped doing that. I was told by someone else (VM retailer) that the store was supposed to give separate ones for free. When I went back to inquire, employees tried playing games by giving the names "John". The manager (Jay) had to step in as he should, being that the employees were unprofessional. This is a watered down version as I did not mention their rudeness and tones.
I will no longer be doing business here because of how the matter was handled. Hopefully they learn to handle customer concerns with professionalism in the future.

Very upset I purchased 4 phones from this store was given a Golden Ticket ? I call them because I needed them to honor it they told me they know nothing about a ticket from a year ago but I still have the ticket and receipt what’s sad is that they claim I can call corporate and they could help well one of my phones is off due to boost mobile not honoring there promotion on top of that they had my name and email wrong on the account when I handed them a piece of mail with all my information in the store i spoke to customer service today and now this is the third ticket that has been escalated I wait 1 hr and 45 minutes for a supervisor to tell me this and to call back n 48 hrs again for the 5 th time of calling I’m over it with the store and the whole company they are all unprofessional and I will never bring them anymore business do better I’m a single mother that was once again ripped off by Boost Mobile I had so many other issues not to mention I have been trying to change my number for months that’s another imaginary ticket never fixed my advice don’t get ripped off like I did

Was with my nephew on Wednesday evening. We bought a phone. Case and screen protector. The two men work both were so helpful and kind. They explained the different phones and options. They did not get attitudes with all our silly questions. I would definitely refer and return there. Great service and experienced staff.

I bought a blue tooth earbud set on March 5th. I used them about 6 times before they broke & called store April 1st. I was told they only take returns within 7 days, but I had not even used them within 7 days. The guy I spoke with reluctantly agreed to exchange them for me. I called back a few days later to say a family member would be bringing them in for me & was them told it had to be done within 30 days. I feel I could had be td that when I called on April 1st. They refused to honor their word. They are unprofessional, rude & run a shady business designed to take advantage of customers. I'm stuck with broken earbuds & a very poor experience. Would strongly not recommend. Buyer beware !
