“I called to check to see if they had tires that would fit my car after having two flats at the same time. They said they did and I could bring it right in. Car was towed there and within two hours, I had four new tires, balanced, with a wheel alignment, all for an extremely reasonable price. Each staff person I spoke to was very nice and very pleasant. GREAT SERVICE , it is appreciated, Thank You ?”
“I rarely double back with mechanics. You know how you get one thing fixed and next week or so something else breaks down. And you start to wonder if the mechanic did it? This is the first time in a while I went to a mechanic and didn’t have that happen to me. Been riding smooth. I’m doubling back for upgrades. NOTHING THAT NEED TO BE DONE! Upgrades I want to be done.”

“I can’t thank them enough (mechanics and the supervisor/lobby guy. I was in chagrin falls today on my way home to Michigan when i accidentally hit a blown of semi tires on the freeway and damaged my muffler. Googled the closes muffler shop and thankfully this shop came in first on my google list. Took me in and less than 5 minutes I was back on the road! These guys are very professional and very knowledgeable at what they do. Made it back to Michigan with no problems! Thank you again guys!

“I had a good experience with the service department. I needed a service done in a hurry because I was planning on a long road trip in a day or two. I was trying to get some idea from Dave service rep that was working with me about the timeline We went over the problem and he showed some sympathy but explained why he couldn’t give me the assurance I wanted about the time it would take. I appreciated his honesty. It took a day and a half for services. Dave talked to me three times about it. He arranged a ride home and a pickup when the car was done. Liberty Ford has a good product and good people backing it up.”
