I was trying to get some idea from Dave service rep that was working with me about the timeline We went over the problem and he showed some sympathy but explained why he couldn’t give me the assurance I wanted about the time it would take. I appreciated his honesty. It took a day and a half for services. Dave talked to me three times about it. He arranged a ride home and a pickup when the car was done.
