I was trying to find a last minute piece that was gonna make my outfit pop. Called to see if they had my size, they held it for me and even though it didn’t fit the customer service was great. Any questions I had was answer d and any help I needed, was accommodated. Found the right pieces to make me feel sexy and my outfit pop. I can always count on Ashley Stewart to get me right. This store have what everyone needs on the go. Nice dressed everything but you have to pay for a bag thats not fair becaue you is spending a lot of money there and.it does not look business like for your customers to walk out the store with clothes in the hands people. May think you stole it

My daughter and I needed all white outfits for an event. We arrived late in the evening as store was closing in 8 minutes. We found what we were looking for and the staff was gracious, helpful and professional. They waited on us past the 8 minutes of closing and we didn't feel rushed. LOVE THEM!!

They were pretty cool Ashley Stewart’s had the clothes I needed. Customer service could’ve been just a tad bit better but they were not rude. However, I’ll be back.

I was greeted soon as I entered offered assistance and the store had a lot of nice merchandise I left with 2 bags when I only came for a dress. It's a half hour drive but well worth it.

Ashley Stewart is my clothing store....online only, Your Southgate Location in Maple hts Ohio is HORRIBLE....always freight on the floor, plenty of associates,but never working...very unprofessional, especially when you want to make a return, online order
