My husband went to the store this morning to grab a few things before work and was told that he cannot be rang out because she needed to count her drawer refuse service to two other people behind him as well smh like I work 3rd shift as well and yes there is a time you need to switch over although you 1 don’t decide to pull your drawer and count while they are customers In the store and 2 if one happens to come in the 5 to 7 minutes it may take you to switch over at this this you should politely say just give me a few minutes and I’ll have you out of here in no time also apologize for the inconvenience this does not even make sense so this employee is actually costing the company money from lost in profit she pushed out the door If they stay with this same management for very long that store won’t be standing any more called this store to inform the Gm but after reading all these horrible reviews about this store I clearly can see whoever is running that place does not care regardless so therefore I am reaching out to the franchise because they still have rules and regulations and guidelines that they need to follow you as a franchisee are not allowed to destroy the 7-Eleven name without consequences trust and believe the royalties you pay to the franchise they don’t need that bad to allow you to give they company a bad name

Have never been to this 7-11 and will never return. They don’t honor their advertised prices and the cashier, he looked clueless when I was speaking to him. It’s right down the street from me but this convenience isn’t worth the stop.

This location on Libby road in maple heights is a convenient location for the people that live around the area.(Mandy)the Indian woman is rude,a fraud & a thief.she kept telling me that my debit card was declined as if I have no money on it.She ring me up for items, before I can leave the store with the effected items, she'll say there's no refunds.Her husband that wears a black turban has poor hygiene.he scratches himself,than will touch where the hot food/cold food is located.They are all about taking people money,yet has very poor customer service.She has new employees in there every week.sometimes every days.(mandy)is very very rude.Even if one talk to her with respect.I'm about to start a lawsuit on this 711.I brought some items & didn't even leave the store with them,nore did I even ever touch them.she didn't want to refund me for the items after I changed my mind.Yelling at me in front of in coming customers.Her employee who was also very rude, did refund me.Talked to me as if I was some sort of peasant/bum.

This location is convenient and close to home but the women that works the day shift, I think she is the owner is so rude that I drive out of my way to go to another store. Their used to be a black manager and he was great but now he is gone, I am never shopping at this location again.
