Update:we spoke with our current day care about trouble shooting this issue. They switched the teachers around and agreed these injuries shouldn't be happening like this But this week we still have had 2 instances where our daughter has gotten injured. We have ultimately made the decision to switch facilities to the place we checked out this weekend. I'm hoping we get better care with the switch!
Parents...I am not happy with the daycare my daughter is going to. She is frequently getting injured. She has had multiple bites marks from someone else's child. The reports we are getting are very vague and seems as if there is almost nothing I can do about it. My husband and I have brought up our concerns about all her injuries and they basically say theres nothing we can do. I'm so frustrated for my daughter. My protective side as a mother is raging.
I dont know if any of y'all have experience with this but I guess I just want to vent. I'm always the one who will take things way too far but im really feeling pushed over the edge with today's experience. No these aren't all on one single day.

My children have been going to this center for 5 years and have had an amazing experience. The teachers are so caring and help the kids with all types of emotional and educational development.

DEFINITELY recommend!! My 3 (now 4) year old is communication delayed and we couldnt find a daycare who would accept him due to the struggle with potty training and some behavior. Not only did NA take him, but they helped get him potty trained within a month, and his communication has FLOURISHED since being with them. NA was the blessing I didnt know existed and I couldn't have asked for more. We miss them so much and cant wait for this Pandemic to be over so we can see our extended family again ❤❤❤

My grandson has been going here since they opened when he was an infant and he will be 4 next week. New Adventures has been AMAZING the teachers & the staff are very involved and love all the kids. The growth they have experienced over the years speaks for itself. GREAT PLACE to send you little one !

Caring staff, great summer program with field trips for bigger kids. I started my newborn here at 6 weeks and was really nervous, but with the ability to watch the cameras in the room from my phone with my own personal family code, I felt at ease. They offer date nights once a month that are super affordable and my SO and I look forward to that. The staff has been incredibly accommodating during personal issues within our family, as well as our child who has special needs within the classroom. Preschool graduation is adorable! The teachers do great learning activities and are very involved with my kiddos. I cannot speak highly enough of New Adventures. We tried a couple other local daycares but no one in the Mantua/Hiram area compares to the quality of care, flexible hours, and attention to family needs like New Adventures!

A very caring and supportive environment for children. The staff does a great job meeting the needs of every child. The administrative staff is knowledgeable, flexible and fair.
