It is amazing to have great customer service back again; stores like Home Depot and Lowes do not come anywhere close to treating the customer with the level of respect and kindness that Ace Hardware of Aurora provides.Kudos to the owners for operating a fantastic store that people can enjoy shopping in and actually get the help that they need. “Family, Farm, and Home is located in the old K Mart in Streetsboro, Oh. I remember going to the grand opening and thinking it was Tractor Supply in different clothing. It took a number of visits before I started to warm up to them as a new shopping option for hunting and outdoor equipment. I like their rewards program. Each purchase earns you point toward store gifts cards. Since we've started shopping there we have purchased a 7x14 aluminum utility trailer, a 60" tiller for our tractor, a 3pt quick hitch, and a Husqvarna zero turn mower. They offer financing through Synchrony with various 0% same as cash options. Beware! Only the 1 year 0% financing is offered without a "processing fee of up to $150! You need to know this because once it's been rung up you have to deal with Synchrony to get it reversed, they can't help you at the store. This isn't a negative against FFH, it's Synchrony. Though I think the employees at FFH should be more aware of this and bring it to the customer's attention at the start of checkout.To put it in perspective, the only 2 places I shop at more often would be Aldis for groceries, and Walmart for everything else.FFH is always a great place to shop.”

“If no have never gone to a reputable E&H Ace Hardware with the best STIHL section in the store I have ever seen, then this IS the place to go. I just purchased a STIHL chainsaw. Their technician, Mike, was the best! He will fill the saw up with fuel and start it up to make sure you are ready to go. I will always come back to Garrettsville for all my STIHL needs.”

“We were replacing a carpeted room with hardwood flooring. Upon entering the flooring department we were greeted by Kyle, who was very helpful. This review is for the flooring department and the whole process. We were kept up to date on everything the entire time with text messages. The installers (Dennis, and I don’t know his partner’s name) were absolutely fantastic!! They were amazingly fast and professional. Our floor was installed in one day and they didn’t leave any mess.
The only thing I haven’t received is the email asking me to rate the installers. I hope they send it because they are definitely a five out of five stars!
Our floors are beautiful. I will definitely return to Lowe’s for future flooring needs.”
