BUYER BEWARE!!!! LEGAL SCAM ARTIST AT IT FINEST!!!
I bought a car from these people on Friday, the agreement was $5,000 with new tires and an oil change after my test drive. I even took it to a repair shop during the test drive and it threw me a code for an O2 sensor and I was aware that I needed to replace the sway bars as well nothing else seemed to be wrong with this vehicle. On Monday I was to return to their lot to you have an oil change done at 10:00 in the morning I was there at 10:00 in the morning but l I waited 45 minutes for the mechanic to show up to their lot to do my oil change needless to say I never got it done at their lot I asked if I could take the oil and filter and get it done myself they agreed and I left with the oil and filter to go get the oil change done. By the end of the day after I had went to the grocery store and ran my errands for the day I found myself on the side of the road with a dead car it would start but not stay running. I called them and told them that I was stranded on the side of the road three days after I bought a vehicle from them I had to have it towed at my expense to their lot so they're mechanic could look at it by the time I got a tow truck to bring it to their lot I showed up and they were closed! I am so appalled that these people would sell a car for $5,000 that runs for 3 days and then won't even stay running! I called the next day several times and no one had looked at my car all day i went back to the shop in person and asked why it hadnt been looked at yet they said they would look at it first thing in the morning, the next day i got no call by 3:00 in the afternoon so i called they told me it was the timing chain and that theyve ordered the part but it wont be in til friday, but thwy were not going to charge me for the repair or part and being this is about a 21 hour job it wont be ready til monday or tuesday. Understandably, I am waiting patiently to get my car back, I am grateful that they are fixing the problem and will update this review when tuesday rolls around. So they fix the timing chain on my vehicle and I still had problems with it that I was good for a few months and now I have a big red lawn ornament in my driveway for $5,000. Didn't even last 6 months! Don't buy from here!!

Basically a legal scam artist and I will NEVER purchase another car from them. They told me if I had issues within 30 days they would trade my car in for equal value of what I paid or fix the problem. 14 days after buying the vehicle because it was a LEMON they magically would not do anything. After talking to other car dealerships and numerous mechanics plus other people who bought from them, I will NEVER be going back. Nobody has ever said it was a good place. Now I'm without a car because they sell POS cars for 3-5 grand..

Worst car lot I have ever dealt with in my life, had a funeral out of town. Had just got home laid down to take a nap because I traveled through the night was going to get up to make my car payment, They had already repossessed my car, I was only one and a half day late, All my stuff was in still in the car, I had a bank envelope with 450$ in it. So of course I called them. I paid the payment within an hour. They were still giving me a run around and wouldn't let me get nothing out of my car, I called and called because I needed that money that was in my car. I was told not to call there anymore. They kept giving me a runaround so I called a Lawyer, Yes I have my car back, everything was gone through, They do not stand by their word. Repairs were done by them to the vehicle paid for out of my pocket that were not done to the car correctly. So yes, this is still ongoing with them. All I have to say is go anywhere but Zac's Auto.

Just disappointed. I debated for 2 hours whether to buy my Equinox or not. Payment higher than I wanted. Told the salesman I can't afford a car that needs repairs. Figured a 4000.00 car wouldn't need work on it till at least 6 months to a year. I expect it with a 1000.00 car. I usually would buy a 1000.00 dollar vehicle and run them into the ground but you can't find them anymore. If you do they were worse than what I was already driving. So I decided to buy a more expensive vehicle. I figured if I spent 4000.00 for a vehicle it would not need repairs so soon after buying. Well. Hadn't even made the first payment and already have spent 400.00 and it needs more done to it which I can't afford right now cause the 400.00 has already put me behind with my bills. So hoping it can hang on till I can afford the rest of the repairs. This car is a 2011. The first vehicle I have owned out of the 90's. Not thrilled with newer vehicles..

He is a dirt bag.. Who makes a deal and then when you go to get the car you made the deal on and he sold it out from under you!?! He takes more pride in his looks than his business! Then he had the nerve to tell us to pick a car off the lot we wanted but our options were all his junk! He was literally trying to pawn his junk off on us! I wouldn’t have bought nothing off that lot when he already lied to us! He showed he was slimey from the beginning and I believe ppl when they let me know who they really are! All the cars had flats or check engine light or different colors just all junk! Trash just like the owner! But I got a great car and good deal at Hall’s Wld highly recommend them!

Very unprofessional had a deal on a car an was told a time to come in then get there an the car gone said he was sorry an told me pick a car out of a few different ones an they looked like he just picked them up from Miliron wouldn't start or had flats also me knowing the guy I was talking to was the owner he was standing in my face saying I called the boss an he wouldn't take this deal or that deal he is a prime example of why used car salesmans get a bad reputation!!!!

Husband and I went to take a look at a van a few years ago. This older man said the van has a/c. Husband opened the hood, no condenser for a/c. That old man is a liar.

i am so disappointed in this place. they definitely take advantage of anyone who doesn’t know much about cars. i understand it’s a buy as is place but you would expect to have a car over two weeks before it breaks.Once going to a mechanic they said the tires were dry rotted; they told me they were brand new.. They reset the engine light when you buy there so a person that doesn’t know anything about cars will think it’s fine.I am so disappointed, they acted so nice, but that’s what it was, an act. I payed about 3x what they did for the car and they still didn’t have the decency to fill the tank up when purchased. I should have known better when they were giving me the car on E.i definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. it’s my fault for being uneducated however i thought they were better than scamming a girl trying to get on her feet

Terrible place to do buisness with. Bought a car in October 2022 & roughly 2 months later was told by a personal mechnic that the frame is rusted out & ***'s own mechanic told us it is not safe & ****** offered to try another mechanic who would weld things back together if possible. Long story short, I am currently in legal action against & will take this through every avenue of courts. I or ***'s do not have any written agreement with our signatures, plus he doctored some other forms like highlighting afterwards that the car had a rusted frame which he never revealed. Per law, if a car has a rusted frame, they are reqiured to inform you before buying. I am looking to get back all the monies I paid including 4 new tires because the ones on it were rotted & less than the requirment to sell a car .I will be filing fraud charges against them.
