This was a very easy car buying experience. Hudson, my sales person, was very knowledgeable about the car and did a thorough job of explaining everything. I highly recommend Mansfield Motor Group.

Dropped our car off to have a key made, and they told us they were busy and short staffed. We told them we understand, no hurry... a full 3 weeks went by, and I stopped to check on it. They had no idea the car was even there or who it belonged to! It was there a total of 25 days and didn't even get a courtesy wash, lol... on top of that, I drive my old truck in to pick it up with my wife, and a guy stops me and asks what I am doing. I told him we were there to pick up our car, and then he asked, "What kind of car?" I told him a Volvo, then I guess he figured we were good enough to go around, and he said we could go...

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation on line for 9am. I had my vehicle at MMG at 8:15am. I was given an estimate of 1.5 hours for the work. I utilized the shuttle to work. At 2pm I still had not heard anything. I called to check in. I was told I had double booked and there were, "walk ins." The shuttle took me back to MMG at 4pm. My vehicle was not done. The work was completed at 5:30pm. I feel if there is limited staff, the schedule should be adjusted accordingly.

The work I asked for was done as requested. I also asked for normal routine maintenance while the car was on site. It is a 4 hr drive round trip for me to have service done at MMG. I want to get the most out of each trip. I am not convinced that my 90,000 mile service was done. I do not see it on my invoice. I asked the cashier specifically if it was done when she took my payment over the phone. She assured me it was and that my tires were rotated. I picked my car up after hours so I wasn’t able to talk to anyone. I don’t think it was done.

Great service, responsive, and timely. Was able to schedule in at a reasonable or less than competitor's cost while receiving some great personable, while professional, service. A bonus is checking out all the Shelbys and viewing the vintage photos of Mansfield in the Waiting Room (especially that Leland photo)! Great visit!

Visit was “okay”. Took a little too long to get checked in. Waiting area was nice. Service was completed but oily handprints all over left doors. I knew the car would not be washed due to the wash bay being closed but oily hand prints left on the car is a non-starter for me. Not sure I’ll be back

I never thought I would be able to afford a Volvo, but the people at Mansfield Motor Group (MMG) proved me wrong to my great delight. Everyone I dealt with was exceptionally competent and thoughtful. I truly enjoyed the experience.
