Mansfield, Ohio is outrageous. The prices are worse than ever. I don't support kettles at Christmas either. This place was wonderful at one time but not now. Makes me livid to know people donate this and you jack up the price. We no longer go nor do we support anything they stand for. Our social media will be used to spread the word of the way this store is run. If I could turn them in to BBB , I would. .

I've been going to this stores for years.I AM SO SHOCKED BY THE OVER PRICED MERCHANDISE!!!!IT NEVER USE TO BE THAT WAY, IT USE TO BE REASONABLY PRICED, NOW, ITS OUTRAGEOUSLY OVER PRICED!!THE MERCHANDISE IS DONATED, TO HELP THE PEOPLE OF MANSFEILD TO BE ABLE TO BY ITEMS AT A LOWER PRICE, TO SAVE THEM MONEY! V.O.A. SHOUHD BE ASHAMED OF THESE INSANE PRICES.SO MUCH FOR HELPING PEOPLE!I WILL MAKE ALL MY DONATIONS TO GOODWILL FROM NOW ON!

Store is clean and well organized but beware. They post sale colors for 25, 50, 75 percent off and prices are marked with a marker or something in those colors. When you check out they do NOT apply the discount and say it only applies to tags and not written prices. So why mark prices in different colors?

You never k is what you will find here! I usually find great deals on clothing and shoes plus items new with tags. I love the aisles.where they have items grouped together in plastic bags always find useful items in those always a fun treasure hunt

2 things I found out about this store that I don't like 1 they have children somewhere between 10 an 12 yrs old working here and 2 you are paying a tax on used donated items

Not sure what's going on with management here but they seriously have a big problem! Could it be drug use?? Someone really needs to look into the situation this place has really gone downhill!!!

Really wish they organized their shirts in sections by size rather than just color. I wear 2x and they're mixed in with a mile of every other size and hard to find without spending an hour searching for them which I don't have the patience for.. Otherwise great store.
