verizon reviewi rember that day like it was yesterday. i was freshly fourteen, my brother had turned 12 in the months before. we had a very strict family rule that me must be thirteen to receive our first iphone. as the oldest child i waited the few years of my pree teen life with the dumbest invention ever may i say (a gab phone) and A FRICKING FLIP PHONE!!! where are we the year i was born???? anyways, coming back to what happened that horrible dark day. we where at my grandmas house. i love my grandma. but that day was unacceptable. my brother wanted a phone. a iphone. after BREAKING my beloved yet hated flip and my hand me down gab phone. he even broke his own gabphone my grandma bought him on his twelve. he couldn’t have waited a few months? now we both suffer the consequences. as we walked into the verizon i was slightly excited but it was greatly shadowed by my anger and jealousy. HOW CAN LIFE BE SO UNFAIR AS THE ELDEST? we walked in and the lady was very nice, i thought, she showed us many options and my brother chose a 12. a normal 12. of course he HAD to choose the number 12 phone i had a 12 mini and still have the same phone i’m currently writing this review with bc i actually take care of my things. that day was a curse. the lady starts taking to my mom about her concerns my grandparents pay. she mentioned something, something that changed it all. something called “screen time”. something called “parent control”. my brother lead us into something because of his impatience. now to this day as a fifteen year old i am embarrassed with a 1 hour and 15 minute screen time, and a 8:30pm cut off. on top of that i can’t even have tiktok. so thanks lady, for ruining my freedom as an american and thank you annoying brother for bringing us into this situation. other than that i have nothing against the store:) the lady was very nice and helped a lot. maybe a little too much….

This was a very easy process. It's normally stressful, and I face visits to Verizon with dread. Toby did a great job helping me pick out a phone. He also did all the programming. I'm definitely happy.

we exchanged a flip phone for a smartphone and Toby helped I did an outstanding job. He also helped me with my smartphone with voice activation he's a genius. This store is very convenient for us so glad it's on Lexington Avenue in this area of Mansfield.

Erica made my experience of changing out my phone and carrier bearable. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she takes pride in making sure her customers are well taken care of. With all I had to have done, I was there on several occasions and she was always kind, patient and courteous to all her customers. Toby was helpful with my experience also and is an asset to this store . Their teamwork makes the dream work. Way to go.

I went into Verizon today (any sentence that starts out like that is usually not good) to finally setup a business account. I also wanted to upgrade & add a line. After getting there around 2-2:15, I left around 5:45! Long story short, after setting up the business account, upgrading my phone and adding the new line, my main business number was no longer showing up on my account and the upgrade could not be activated ?, a security code couldn’t be sent to the number (obviously) and a code could not be sent to the email associated with my account. But, thanks to Jon Lemasters and his excellent customer service & persistence , he MADE it happen. This guy (a VZW employee, mind you) had to call the VZW customer service line (for employees, I believe) at least 7-8 times! He was hung up on multiple times, transferred (even to the “regular people” help line) multiple times, put back into the queue multiple times, or just flat out told there was nothing they could do! Even after being told over & over again that there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait until this “glitch” or whatever it was, resolved itself, he advocated for me. He exemplified the ethics, morality & integrity that we should expect from every business interaction by not only seeing it through until it was resolved but telling the tech(s) on the other end of the line that NOT getting this fixed was an unacceptable outcome and explaining to them how a customer (me) NEEDED to have this number active as it is a very important part of how I conduct business. I had to pause and laugh at the situation knowing that even Verizon employees have issues with Verizon, even in the capacity of doing their job. If anyone needs something from Verizon, I highly recommend going to see Jon at Verizon on Lexington Avenue. I cannot say it will be quick and easy (I always prepare myself as if I’m going to the BMV) but I can guarantee he will go above & beyond to ensure you get the best possible outcome.
