Just had a warrant return and needed a label printed out. Lady was Extremely rude. I was standing there trying to send them the label as she let people Cut in front of me. Told me they couldn’t even box an item to send back. Extremely disappointing that shipping store can’t even provide a box or sell a box to put my product in to.

The best service ever and they were recommended by a customer behind me in the bank while I was waiting to have a form notarized. The customer told me after we had waited in line about 20 mins. That UPS across the street did notarizing and they were faster and she was right because I left the bank and went over to UPS and I was out in 10 minutes.

9:15 am Veterans Day.Bad experience with the new check in's. I was the same questions 3x. I funishrd my last two items at check out where Vanessa was extremely rude, and called me rude because I didn't want to expain again. I said It's not my equipment, I don't know wow it works . I asked her to watch the video I wasn't rude, I was being inconvenienced.Which she told me i was being extremely rude again.I asked if she was a manager, I was told that was none of my business. The other kids were very nice and tryed to help. The one boy it must have been his first day. The other girl was good, but the other scanner had an issue and when i suggested cleaning it, as little kids may have but there fingers up on the scanner. She gave me a horrible look. I said I'm not telling you what to do, just a suggestion of what may be wrong.I won't be back for a whilr, Ill go to Marion.Kids needs need to learn what rude is, vs an inconvenienced customer.

I was helped by a woman named Vanessa today. She was so kind and polite. She taught me how to use the kiosk for Amazon returns which is very useful and convenient.

I returned a Marvel keycap set to Amazon and got refunded as usual, but then I was charged again as if I didn't send it out even though I did. If this store location of UPS (or in general) lost it or they just don't know where it is I don't know how that was my fault. Contacting Amazon is impossible. It's like screaming into a void. I actually wanted to just ignore it despite being charged again, but over $80 is a lot of money on an item I did return. Jeff Bezos does not need that money. He has more than enough.

I talked to COLLIN that works at the manfield UPS. He helped with my issue, and he really didn't have to. I appreciate that Collin. I do. SO IF YOUR THERE ASK FOR COLLIN. HE WILL GET THE JOB DONE.

This location has massively messed up a $1,000+ Amazon return. Wrong items scanned in and missing items. Do NOT use this location. I called the Lexington Ave location to resolve the issue and they passed me off to another local UPS to which the other location asked, “why are you calling us for another location’s internal issue?”. I’ve been trying to resolve the issue with Amazon Prime’s Customer Service to issue the refund for 2 weeks.Don’t use the CVS next door either, they claim, “we don’t have room for anything”. Good luck.

I've used this store for all of my Amazon returns, the staff is usually friendly, helpful, and AMAZING. Especially, the older gentleman is hilarious! Well, today as I walked in and the line grew, an older lady from behind the counter YELLED "Do you have QR scan print"? I informed her I had both, and she stated "send it to the store".Clueless as to what she meant as she turned and hobbled away. I understand she simply wanted to clear the line, but her lack of professionalism turned me off. To add insult to the already unprofessionalism she ran her mouth in the back room as if I weren't right around the corner, THEN as the transaction was completed, unnecessary. hand gestures and all she YELLED, "HAVE A NICE DAY" as I left the store. Poor representation God forbid she was the owner. Smh
