Great experience as I moved across country. I spoke with an actual person every time I called. Very responsive and professional. Everything showed up on time, about 10 days after pickup. I chose U-Pack because I was hesitant to drive a moving truck while towing a car. The cost ends up even. I would recommend to friends/family.

If i could give them 0 stars i would! Guy that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. Cut me off.. Was just plan nasty!

We had a great experience with U-pack, and will be recommending them to everyone we know. Every person I talked to was very nice and helpful, and took the time to answer all our questions. It made our move so much easier to load the trailer and not worry about it until it got dropped off at the new location. If we do another big move we will be using U-pack again!
