They're crooks I went for a transfer case for my Yukon and they gave me one for a Tahoe made by a completely different company so I took it back mind you I'm an hour away and needed a ride I carry it in and set it up on the counter with the guy watching me and be gets mouthy and tells me to get it off the counter and put it outside so I did he proceeded to ask what's wrong with it I tell him it's the wrong one he asked what's wrong with it I need a natural powertrain and he sold me a new process and keeps asking me what's wrong are the plugs different the whole case is different its not compatible with my Yukon so I want my money back they refuse to give me my $31 for the tax on it back and told me to get out of their office I don't recommend them to anyone go to 4H great guy and was $125 compared to the $350 they wanted for the wrong one and waisted 3 hours of my time and gas

Customer service was exceptional. Prices are more than fair. The yard itself is well organized and I didnt have to climb through weeds to look at cars. Its the nicest salvage yard ive ever been in. I would highly recommend.Service: Part finding & extracting

You should probably change your Saturday hours on Google if you're not open. This is the second Saturday I've been there to try and get a part for my car and you were closed. On your website it says your hours for Saturday are 8am to 12pm. Just very frustrating!!

Worst customer service ever! Nothing on the website stating all sales final. Was able to give the year make and model along with mileage over the phone when called to see if they had the part but the next day said they had no idea what vehicle the part came off of and there was no way to figure it out. The guy was a complete j**** Will never use this company again.Service: Part finding & extracting

The worst customer service ever! Called yesterday to inquire about a part. Was told the year, make, model and mileage for said part. It was picked up and ended up not being needed for the repair. Phoned to inquire about returning it and the guy was a complete jerk. He said he was not able to give me any information on what vehicle the part came off of. He also said he would not take a return because he had time in taking the part off and that there were signs all over his shop stating no returns. Mind you there is NOTHING on his website stating all sales final. I will never use this place again and I will be sure to spread the word on how terrible the service was. I understand that they won't take back parts not needed, however that does not give them the right to talk and behave they way they did to me over the phone.

Generally the pricing is good and the service is fairly fast it just depends what your after I would normally go to pick and pull but when I'm not into pulling a part I don't mind paying a little extra to not have to do so and they have always had what I was looking for except Honda windshield for a 2000 although the recommended place they sent me to did so it all worked out fine
