“The Auto Clinic is incredibly fast , trustworthy, reliable, skilled and very reasonably priced. I always walk out of there supprised at how cheep the bill and amazed at the thoroughness of the service. This might be strange to say, but I'm honestly grateful that I can take my Mini Cooper here and I don't have to worry about crazy high labor times or the mistake/misunderstandings I've had everywhere else. Other places have botched oil changes and then mistook that spilled oil for an engine leak. But when I came to the clinic saying I had a leak, they found the "cause" and cleaned the whole thing up super cheep.”
“The customer service here is unparalleled. I recently had a vehicle towed here after a breakdown. They pulled it in and immediately knew that it was not at all a transmission problem. I was devastated to hear there was a hole in the bottom of my engine. I mentioned possibly needing to leave it there as if the engine needed replaced, there needed to be some "mathing" done. Jeremy who works there called me back very quickly to let me know that he had called around about how much a new engine would cost and found out that my model had a really common and known to the manufacturer problem and that I should get it to a place that could do warranty work. I ended up calling the manufacturer later in the day and they created a case and confirmed that most likely things would be covered by the warranty.”
“I trust these guys to be honest with what repairs my vehicle needs and what repairs it doesn't need. They are very knowledgeable and explain what is wrong clearly and simply since I know very little about cars! There have been several times where they could have fixed an issue that didn't need fixed just so they could charge me but instead have informed me of the problem and explained that it wasn't a necessary fix and been fine that I chose not to repair that item. Highly recommend!”
“The owner was very upfront with everything. Had my car done when he said it would be done. My windshield washer fluid cap was missing when I took it in, I went to add windshield washer fluid today, and they had put a new cap on it for me, you don’t find service like this very often.”
