I had a favorite pair of boots that I couldn’t find to replace. The heal was missing and the owner fixed them perfectly. I highly recommend taking your shoes there to be repaired.

I went into The Shoe Box to get a broken lace hook repaired on my Redwing boots, they repaired in on the spot, and it looks factory perfect! I can't thank them enough, and will definitely be returning for any repairs in the future.

They did a sole replacement for a pair of Birkenstock sandals of mine and went above and beyond! My sandals now have clean foot beds a freshly oiled leather upper, along with sealed cork. The soles look excellent and are official Birkenstock foam. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

The older gentleman in the store was very very helpful and super nice! I got a pair of red wings and they was reasonably priced and he did everything by the book. Thank you for your amazing customer service and I will absolutely be back very soon thank you again.

I recently purchased a pair of Red Wings for work. The salesperson, Phil, was very insightful about the functions of the various boots. Incredibly professional. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in need of a quality pair of work boots to stop by and check them out. There was even a sale on the pair I wanted so I ended up saving some money! 5 stars all the way around, cant say enough good things about the folks at The Shoe Box!

Great place to buy your work boots. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and they put my name and purchase in their system so all I do is walk in tell them my name and they get my boots I pay and out the door in less then 10 minutes. Highly recommend this store.
