I love love love this store! I stopped by on a busy Monday. Tahik (I am so sorry I probably spelled that wrong) was so nice and quickly helped me get my number ported over to my own account. It was a long process because my account was affiliated with a business prior. In that time I watch Cameron and Lawerence assist other customers with kindness and compassion. Tahik was so kind and so patient with me throughout the time. I can go essay this is the only time I have ever not hated going to a cell phone store. These guys are a credit to your company.

This has nothing to do with the store in Lexington, the staff is super helpful. T-mobil’s phone service is great BUT talking to customer care service and getting them to get anything done right is very excruciating!!! As I said the phone service is good, but we left because we just could not take it anymore. We were getting charged for things we didn’t have, so we switched phone providers and to do that we had to pay our phones off. No big deal right, YOU’D THINK! No months later we were getting charged from T-Mobile. We went into the store and like I said they are really helpful. We got on the phone with customer support and they got their supervisor to talk to us and everyone we talk to recognized the charges are not our fault, they even said IT WASN’T OUR FAULT. When we got (what they call a promotion) years back someone typed in something wrong so we are getting charged for something that is not our fault but instead of saying oh sorry, it’s on us because we know it’s our fault not yours they want to be greedy and get their money. Oh I years of complaints, but this is the biggest one.

The staff was awesome. Alexi was a huge help in getting our new phones set up. The manager and staff held conversation with us to make the time pass. Excellent experience!

Lexi Roush was amazing! I came in an hour before close (which wasn’t ideal but the t mobile in Ontario literally REFUSED to serve me and lied to me and said they didn’t have any iPhones..) this was my first time getting on my own plan and Lexi was great at answers my questions and made me feel welcome! She needs a raise!!

This place is greatThese people are awesomeI was staying in the area for the holidaysHad a couple of issues with my phone & needed to deal with it quicklyI had read some negative reviews before going so was slightly dubiousHowever the manager here, Darin, was incredibly helpfulHe and his staff were friendly, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeableThey took care of my issues in very short order and I don't think I've ever been quite so happy with any service related to my phone everSo refreshing to deal with such professionalsVery happyThank you

You must give T mobile the opportunity!!! . I was with Verizon for 4 years. I've never been taken advantage of so much. I had 8 lines through my buisness , from the start to finish with Verizon I was so depressed at how much they wronged me lied to me over charged me etc. I went to t-mobile hoping for better but after Verizon I was hopless . Met store manager Darin Fink and buisness rep Brandon Beach , mobile expert, and let me tell you he lived up to the title. From hello I knew it was different it's like they cared. They ported all my lines took me out of that mess I paid 200 a mo th less , gave me ahot spot that actually works. See Verizon gives there gate way and it's 300 gb then they charge you 10 dollars a gb after that, so if you use 800 a ml th like me then you pay 500 dollars more on top of your bill, And the speed is set at 25 mbs per sec. T MOBILE HAS A 5G BUISNESS INTERNET THEY CHARGED 30 DOLLARS A MONTH AND GUESS WHAT SPEEDS ARE 250 MBS AND I AM NEVER THROTTLED AND PAY NO OVERAGES JUST 30 A MONTH. BRANDON will help you he will not leave you in a mess . These guys deserve accommodations for there work ethic. If I could give 1000 stars I would . I love you guys thank you for what did. After 2 years of being and feeling so taken advantage off through Verizon, they fixed and cleared it up in 2 hours . What you see is what you get. I even said to them it's like Elon musk owns this company because I feel like I'm not being screwed but being given what's fair, like he always. Lo and behold they themed for star link .lolol any who trust them for your buisness and personal home I telnet and phones you will be very happy !!thanks Brandon I can say I have never shed a tear out of joy getting phones and I telnet but I did that and will always remeber and be thankful for it!!!

Went to upgrade to new S23 Ultra. Told that there system will not except my old S21 as trade in. Can not get new phone. Very disappointed with TMobile.

If you want your phones plans screwed up and poor service this is the place to go!!! Dylan, and again Dylan said there were promotions on the account, didn’t apply them and lied about the whole process that he clearly didn’t understand. He couldn’t have understood anything when the only thing he had me sign was for protection plan coverage and never the plan changes or phone upgrades. The service was so poor that I opted to call customer service rather than step foot back in the store. After spending over two hours wasting time and a portion of life, I opted to spend another two doing the same on the phone to correct the problems.Long story short, you will get far better service for pre-paid at Dollar General than you will going to this buffoonery of an established! Is there still Alicomm or Servex cellular still available?Definitely miss the knowledge and service of Radio Shack when they were there.

I just took my phone into this store because it wasn't running properly. Darin was polite and very helpful! My phone needed updates and one app wasn't working. Darin fixed everything! I'm so happy!
