I have called REPEATEDLY just to ask for what was promised me!!!
I pay an astronomical price for cable and my phone bill was ridiculous as well! When asked why, they told me that I wasn’t synced to a cable account.?♀️they took care of that and told me my bill would go down to $25. When my next bill was posted , it was for $45. I was told I was in the middle of a billing cycle. It happened again the following month. When I called on it, I was told I’d be given a free month and my bill would go down to $19.
One month later it was at $45. I called AGAIN!! Was told that July would be the free month and then it would go down.
July’s bill-$25.00!!!! I called on it and was told that there was no place in the notes written that I would receive a free month.( funny- the other 2 representatives saw it!!!) and … NEXT ninth, will go down to $19.00
I am going to Verizon!!
Save your money and your sanity- and DO NOT use Spectrum!

Horrible we have drove a hour in half 2 x days in a row to get our phones switched over and both times they were closed!! The website says that they were open someone needs to update the hours on this store in mansfield ohio because it's clearly not open. And not only was I there in the parking lot but so we're many other customers who read the same thing on the website. Makes me want to stick with old service..UPDATE your hours what a waste of time and has!!

I was in and out it was super fast. 4 weeks later spectrum said the equipment wasn't returned. Hang on to your receipts just in case, they are being shady

Went into take cable boxes back. We wanted to save money by going Roku and we did and they changed our amount for our billing. Basically we were in and out quickly with great service. I do have to say though that they're cell phone service isn't always the best.

I have been standing in line for 40mins to simply exchange equipment. This has to be the most inefficient process possible. I drove 25mins to get here and am going to have to leave without getting my equipment exchanged to avoid being late for work. There are 3 desks servicing customers, yet the line has not moved once.
