I was in and out it was super fast. 4 weeks later spectrum said the equipment wasn't returned. Hang on to your receipts just in case, they are being shady

I thought spectrum sucked but I'm going back to them because they have more reliable internet than brightspeed.

Just needed a new remote to replace the one I've had for eons. The new ones are different so will take a little getting used to.
