I have used this place for all of my oil changes for 6 years. Never had a problem. I send someone else in with my vehicle for an oil change and they charge $40 more and tell her the wrong oil was previously used and she MUST use this. Which is a lie. They merely saw an older lady and took full advantage. I even called when she was there and they told me that I was also wrong and they couldn't find my previous work history. Which was backed by carfax proof that the truck had been serviced there multiple times. They lied to upset her on something she didn't need. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE. They took full advantage of her and I'm sure they profile and do the same to others. I will NEVER GO BACK. The owner confirmed the truck did not need to have the uncharged oil and the techs were wrong.

Went in to have my oil changed, as my monitor said it was time for a change. When I got there, they said I still had 2,000 miles before I needed a change. They looked at the oil and said they could smell coolant and it was leaking into my oil, and to go to a mechanic. I did have it checked by a mechanic and there is nothing in the oil! I guess they didn’t want to work very hard that day as I left extremely upset and no oil change. Glad you can afford to lose $85+
As a customer of I want my oil changed you should just change it.

Rude employees. I would be seriously upset if my employees treated customers the way these people do. I’ve been getting my oil changed here for years, all 3 of my vehicles every 3000 miles. I’ll take my 85$ per oil change business elsewhere.

Without asking, they automatically put synthetic oil in my older vehicle, and then charge over $100

Have been going here for years, and the quality of my oil changes have just gone downhill.
They used to top off all fluids, and it cost around $45 (high mileage and roughly 7 years ago).
Now this most recent visit it was near $100, didn't top off fluids (haven't done this for quite awhile now), and now I've got a check engine light on.
For $100 im just going to go somewhere more reputable.

Fine then what are you going to give me for your rude employees and the damage done to my car by your employees putting a larger oil plug in my oil pan...Ya, I took it directly to the garage when I got back home from vacation and your employees caused more damage and I call to speak with you after having Andrew laugh saying they want the boss(HA-HA-HA) Then Josh a very rude man wouldn't give me the distinct Manger information, instead he hung up on me and I had to call back. Then I started to record the conversation with Andrew and to stop his mouth I informed him this call is being recorded then and ONLY then Andrew told me the owner doesn't give information out but he will be in Monday, Tuesday....Ya it's Tuesday today but the owner is sick???
Don't use this place go down the street and pay the homeless guy on the corner he'd do a better job and be grateful for the pay because this place and their employees are major F-UPS!!!!

Worst place. Had a oil change done they stripped my drain plug and didn't change my oil charged me for oil that was not changed just changed the filter. If u love your car don't take to them

These guys were so unprofessional. There were three guys working under the car hood at the same time trying to change my oil. They kept bumping into each other and giggling. They giggled so much that the younger guy told them to stop it and act professional. It ended up costing me almost $100. Since they giggled nonstop, I’m going to take my car to another establishment to have the oil changed again. I just want to make sure that everything is in working order. Never again!!!!!!
