I have been bringing my vehicle to Prosser's for almost 4 years. Staff always provides thorough diagnoses and confirm with you before beginning any further repairs. Prices are fair and reasonable, and Prosser's always greets you with a smile. Best auto service in Mansfield!

Excellent business. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. They were honest about what I needed and didn’t push for anything more. They kept me updated and sent results and pictures. Honest and trustworthy auto shops are hard to find these days, but Prosser’s is a gem in our community!

Went in for oil change and requested they check out persistent temperature sensor problem/ check engine light. They were able to find and correct issue. Has worked fine ever since. Thank you Prosser's.

Fast friendly service is definitely what's going on here. Unfortunately, my engine locked up. So we had to get a rental to finish our journey home. They were kind enough to take us to the rental place. To be continued..... ;)
Update: A week later my sister and I went back with a tow dolly to get my truck. Unfortunately, we made a wasted trip cuz a 2500 Dodge Ram won't fit on a tow dolly. We definitely didn't do our homework. But it was nice to see my new friends again and they are kind enough to still let me keep my truck there until we come back with a trailer. I'm telling you if you ever need any mechanic work done, this is the place to go.

Got my tires done there a little while back and even though I specified I only wanting that they gave me an estimate for over 4,000 for stuff that needed fixed ,then just found out from another source and they only put three of my five lug nuts back on my one tire and was not told about it at all and I will not be returning here.

They got me an appointment within a couple days. (I called on a Friday and got an appointment for Monday.) Very friendly and guest oriented. They have a seating/waiting area inside and outside. They have a basketball hoop outside. The waiting area outside even includes a koi fish pond, which I found very neat. The waiting areas inside has a coffee bar, waters, a TV, and a coloring table for kids. They explain everything in detail so you know exactly what all they need to do and they encourage you to ask questions if you don’t understand. Overall pretty good place.
