Window tint catastrophe! I paid for full tint, including sun strip. I very clearly explained on the phone while booking the appointment I want as dark as legally possible. I called from work to see how things were going on my car, to find out they were almost done installing 20% on every window, and that if I wanted to change it I have to pay for it. Ohio legal tint is 50% on the driver and passenger front window, and as dark as limo on the rear and back windows. That gave me an unsettling feeling, then I pick up my car at 6, which are their closing hours, and there are bubbles all over! Even a scratch on the passenger window! I literally have done a better job myself! I decided I wanted PROFESSIONAL window tint, and it turned out horrible!! I left a message explaining how every window has bubbles. All of this is not including the sunstrip on the front window cannot exceed 5” and it is literally half of my front window! I spent 275$ , if they will make it right and maybe the manager didn’t look over the job, I would be happy. This car is my baby, and it feels like someone shaved my babies head! I posted pictures but it’s really hard to see due to the sun

I’m a returning customer. I’m not super knowledgeable on cars and he was the first person I actually got a car from. I was in a tough situation with my credit and 6 months ago I got a Buick from here. Really clean car and it drove awesome. Well just recently I came back because I needed something bigger because my family is growing. He let me trade in the car I bought 6 months ago and got me into a three row Traverse. But the best part is usually when you drive off the lot of used car dealers they come as is. Well I got a flat tire a few days ago and took it back to him. He brought me 4 brand new tires for my truck and I didn’t have to go through any hassle
