Tim is outstanding! He never does unnecessary service and always calls if he finds a problem that needs fixed, asking for customer approval before doing it. We took our 2014 Hyundai Elantra in for an oil change and Tim noticed a major problem with our engine (It needed replaced.) It was still under warranty (barely), after after a brief fight with Hyundai, we got a new engine. Without Tim's expertise, the warranty would have expired and we would have been out thousands of dollars for a new motor. Thanks Tim!

Mr. Norris was very knowledgable about mechanical problems. Very professional. Got my car fixed before he said he would. He gave me some advice about the shape my car was in which wasnt good but I was so grateful he let me know so I can do something about it. So he went above and beyond and did not have to.
