I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this packaging supplier has been nothing short of disastrous. From start to finish, they have failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and service.
Their communication is abysmal. Emails go unanswered for days, and when they do respond, it's as if they're doing you a favor. I had to chase them repeatedly to get any updates on my order, and even then, the information provided was vague at best. It's like they don’t care about their customers at all.
The quality of the packaging was absolutely subpar. It was clear that little attention to detail was given during the manufacturing process. I received several boxes with noticeable defects. To make matters worse, when I complained about it, they offered no satisfactory solution and were dismissive of my concerns.
Their delivery was also a complete disaster. The shipping took far longer than promised. The lack of care and urgency was infuriating, especially when I was promised timely delivery.
This supplier has been nothing but a headache from the moment I placed my order. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and frankly, not worth your time or money. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for packaging solutions. Save yourself the trouble and go with a supplier who actually values customer satisfaction and quality.

Nice people and fast unloading. In and out in 20 minutes. Plenty of room to back in the docks.

Arrived here at 2:00 for 8:00 appointment found the yard driver who moved a trailer out of a dock for me to and got unloaded in about 30 minutes and was given a place to park for my 10hr break. I given them five star 🌟 🤩

Came here for pickup. It's a FCFS appointment. I'm the only driver in the yard. I arrived at 12:20 it's been close to 6 hours and still not loaded. Went to the traffic office to see what's taking so long and no one is in the office. Avoid at all costs
