I went in around 10:00 am on this Friday morning to get a quote for a bike detailing and was quite surprised to be disrespected my Mitch the owner. I understand he might have been having a bad day and upset about riding my bicycle into his bay to ask a few questions but the situation could have been handled much more professionally. Disrespectful and highly rude to say the least. lost a potential customer.

Mitch wanted to help us get our van fixed after we blew a flat on our RV. Our van also needed a new radiator. I am so very happy they had the part we needed! They fixed the van and helped us with the flat in a timely manner!! Thank you Mitch!

I've been here a couple times, and everytime they've done a splendid job. This most recent time they even drove me home/picked me up when the vehicle was ready. Can't go wrong with bringing your car here. Probably the only mechanic shop ill visit.

Very, very good management. I went there with a check engine light. Not knowing what I had to buy to fix my vehicle. And he gave me as much free information that he could and you can't find that anywhere pretty much these days. I will be returning to these amazing kind and honest mechanics if I need anything done to my vehicle in the future

There’s no way the negative reviews are real. Mitch is HONEST, CARING, and DEPENDABLE. He quite literally saved me from paying thousands of dollars. These men got to work, figured out quickly what was going on, and gave me clear aftercare instructions going forward. They even gave me a ride home after drop off!! I can’t thank you enough for your help, and providing me information how to better care for my car. I’ll NEVER go to another auto repair company for my vehicle. Thank you!!!!

Me and my girl drove from cali and did pass lot of cities along the way.
Got a nail in the tire and started loosing air way pass Columbus.So we decided to stop around Mansfield.
This place is a horrible mistake for anyone.
Think well before you go there.
I am glad living in California and not seeing what people go thru in east coast and mid-west.

The owner, "Mitch" is a hot head who will rip you off then scream in your face. I purchased his grandmother's vehicle. I left a payment in cash with his employee for the car, and I got no receipt of course. He held my title until after I paid him a second time for that payment, since I had no receipt. He also screamed at me as loud as he could about the payment, screaming I was trying to get something for nothing, when it was HIM who knew he could intimidate another payment from me, knowing I always paid what I owe. I was also told that he replaced the brakes before I got the car. I hardly drive the car. Probably not put 500 miles on it in the three years I've owned it. He would never answer questions I had about the brakes before they went bad. I asked if he replaced the rotors when he replaced the brakes, never got an answer because he NEVER REPLACED THEM AT ALL. So they finally went bad AND HE CHARGED ME $649 DOLLARS TO REPLACE THEM AFTER HE LIED AND SAID THEY WERE NEW WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR. FRONT AND BACK. My advice is KEEP LOOKING FOR A MECHANIC.

- Rude, Unprofessional and Aggressive behaviorBrought my car with a little shaking going from 62 to 75 mph.Left the place with steering wheel pulling left and with driver side front wheel bearing screaming.Before leaving I was called all type of things as well as getting all "f" words possible.The scam guy was so mad because I address the issue that he said he is calling police on me.So I went across the street and talked to police.They know and see him more that some of their relatives.The place is a scam.
