Andy is an absolute pleasure to work with. She has the patience of job when dealing with grieving clients. Thank you for taking care of my heirloom pieces and getting them back to wearable condition. I stopped in to have my wife's necklace repaired. The necklace is not worth much money but is a very valuable sentimental piece. The staff treated the necklace like it was priceless! Great customer service, great price and flawless fix! Please give them a chance before you look at bigger stores.

I'd not been a customer here until recently. I'd impossibly tangled a chain on my favorite necklace that wasn't very expensive and knew a chain would be more than it was worth so, with not much hope, went to Miller's. They made it beautiful and even put on a magnetic clasp to make my life easier! Recently, after taking some repairs in on my mother's stuff I had opportunities to talk with several of the staff and they were so friendly and helpful. Today I picked up my wedding ring that I hadn't been able to wear for at least a decade because I was told elsewhere that it couldn't be done. Not only could it be done but Miller's repaired a few things, made it fit again and made my day! Also Savannah and Andie rock! You will be very happy with your experience at Miller's!

Wonderful owner, staff and great service. Per their expertise with jewelry, they took the time to educate us about gold and diamond rings. Also, had an eighty-seven (87) year old ring and necklace fixed and cleaned. Looks brand new. Thank you.

Have had a 2 piece ring, and a rope chain repaired here. Both times the quality of work is 10x better than any other "Chain" jewelry store has done ever for me. "Good Work ain't cheap and Cheap Work ain't good." So glad to have found a Family ran Jewelry Store once again.

The family at Millers jewelry is so very helpful and patient. I went in with a crazy idea of duplicating a ring that was cheap costume jewelry, wanting something similar but real. The ring I had was tarnished but I like the style, the fit on my finger, and the idea. Millers was very accommodating and helpful, and even enjoyed the process as much as I did. Can’t wait to go back with more ideas.

Such a great place! Locally owned but they can do big things! My husband bought my engagement ring too small and they fixed that for me and it fits perfectly now. They had it ready quick! I also showed them a pearl cross necklace of my Mothers they are going to help us replicate!! Love the customer service and kindness from everyone. ?♥️
