I've been looking forward to leaving Mike a 5 star review for quite some time. If only 10 stars were an option. Or even 100!
What can be said of Mike?
So many things... All positive of course. In fact I can't think of a single negative thing this man has ever done. He's amazing.
When I think of being Christ like, this dedicated Christian, husband, father and friend truly has no equal.
His actions would never damage these relationships in any way. Anything like that would absolutely have to be someone else's fault and responsibility. Definitely not caused by his (and only his) own actions.
I cannot think of one example of him selling a vehicle to a friend, knowing that the vehicle was going to be driven by an inexperienced 16 year old driver. While also knowing for a fact that the vehicle had a rotted out subframe. Making the vehicle unsafe for even an experienced driver.
There would also never be a time when his best friend is helping him remodel a condo in New York and after being told that his secret of infidelity and substance abuse was going to be exposed he would never call his best friends 70 year old mother at 3:00 in the morning and scare her to death. Telling her that her son is having a bipolar manic episode. While 700 miles away from home. No one would ever do something like that to cover up a deep, dark secret or two. Especially not Mike. Then on top of that. He would never abandon that best friend in New York. Not pay him the over 2,000 dollars that he owes him and on top of that require him to purchase a $700 Rental car to get home. Things like that just NEVER happen, right? I'm so glad Mike has such a solid Christian moral compass and to do such things would just not be possible with him. The community is truly blessed to have such a stand up, wonderful guy to sell them cars for their 16 year old drivers. They will be safe. Guaranteed. I would just like to thank Mike for all that he has done and continues to do. He is a true inspiration. I have never met anyone quite like him and I doubt I ever will again. To be such a kind hearted, loving, generous person is truly remarkable. The fact that he isn't greedy and self centered really helps you be confident that you're buying your vehicle in the right place! 100 stars Michael! Keep it up! You're doing everything amazingly!

I bought a car off Mike a few months ago. Great vehicle at a super great price. Mike was super easy to deal with. Don’t bother going anywhere else for a used car, just go to Mike’s. They will take excellent care of you.

I just wanted to post about how amazing they all are at Mikes. I purchased a suv there a year ago and am very happy with my vehicle. I have been back there also for oil changes and other repairs and they were very efficient and affordable. Mike is very good to his customers! The members of his staff are really hard workers as well. Thank you guys!!

I wouldn't leave a review for a used car but this one has been absolutely terrible.Bought a 2007 Jeep Compass from here early 2022. It started off bad and I should have known from there. When I went to take it home I had to go back with it because the transmission started having issues. They replaced a sensor and everything seemed to be better, I accepted there word on it. Only a few months in I was driving and the left rear wheel hub came apart. Luckily it didn't come flying off and cause a huge accident. When replacing the hub we then realized the tires where ribbing on the inside of the wheels in the back causing the tires to come apart. I took it in to get 4 new tires and an alignment. Come to find out the alignment screws or what they are all seized up and will cost quite a bit to change out. I have been through 6 tires on this thing even with rotations due to not being able to do an alignment. After the wheel hub issue we found it needed a new belt, as we were changing the belt we found it needed a new AC compressor which caused the issue with the belt loosening. On top of that the Jeep is sputtering and sometimes will not go. I was told it needs a new catalytic system and that will cost around $2,000 they said.Something I just found out last week as well from a body shop worker is that this has been in an accident and I was not made aware. The back passenger side panel has been replaced.I know this is a used vehicle but I have nothing but issues with this Jeep. I have never had an issue with buying a used car until this one. The reason I bought from Mikes Auto Center is because everyone just said how great of a guy he was and how he would make things right. I hope they don't do this to someone else.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews for small businesses. But I offered to buy a car from here and they turned me away. I’ve worked in customer service for the last eight years and typically when somebody wants to buy something from you, you don’t turn them away. I told the guy I could be there in 20 minutes to buy the car and he said sorry I have to leave in 15 minutes. How do you turn away a big sale like that?

We bought a 2016 Colorado from Mike's. We live out of town and Randy was kind enough to work around our schedule. Randy was great to deal with. Put us at ease through the buying experience. Truck was fairly priced and we've been driving it for several weeks with no issues. They continue to communicate with us on an open issue which I greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend doing business with Mike's. I would buy another vehicle from them.

Where do I start? THIS IS LITERALLY THE BEST CAR LOT IN MANSFIELD OHIO AND SURROUNDING AREAS! 30 MILES OUT! We bought A Mercury Mariner from here And Randy mentioned he was going to look at the K frame and make sure it was OK! It wasn't and they put a brand new one matter of fact they replaced the whole front end! ? To guarantee it was safe! I've bought 25 cars in my life and I've never delt with a better lot! ?
