I purchased a Motorola IPhone from this company about a year ago from a Park Avenue West store in Mansfield, OH. I had nothing, but trouble with it. So, I ended their Non-services. So, on June 6, 2024, I went to the Ashland Road store to try them, with the same phone. Payed 35 dollars, plus taxes etc. Almost immediately the internet stopped working on my phone. I called the 611 number Four times to Asian people I could not understand, on my phone to see what the problem was. Asked for reimbursement, but refused, including a supervisor, Mr. Sam, which they say, they are being told not to reimburse from higher ups. They, (611), claim my phone wasn't hooked up to a 5G tower, switched towers, reset my phone, shut it off for one minute and then restarted my phone. I asked that I be reimbursed for services not rendered. A Sheila and her supervisor, Mr. Sam, would not refund my money. I explained that it is fraud, since I am paying for services not being rendered. They did reset my phone, but worked only for a short while and I couldn't get on the internet again. Called the Ashland Road store and they refused to fix the issue and hung up, which to me and many others, is rude and disrespectful. Filing a Civil Complaint with the Attorney General of Ohio to get reimbursed for the services I openly payed for, but not rendered, which is defined as FRAUD, including this Motorola Phone I payed for. Anyone having difficulty with this company should contact your State Attorney Office, they will be your Attorney and it will cost you not one penny.

Called metro... was given the run around, they were very rude and the so-called supervisor hung the phone up on me with out giving me his name or I'd number when I asked for it.. very very poor, and very very unprofessional

I took My slightly handicap brother here to purchase a phone and a $30 monthly plan, after I paid for the phone I went out to the truck to wait on him and when I left the sales person took advantage of him apparently and sold him a $40 plan with a $25 accessory plan on top making his total monthly plan $67 and change instead of the $30 plan we asked for... I would avoid this place like the plague...

Tommy was a great sales rep. I got there on a Sunday afternoon around 3:30 and they closed at 4. This was after going to the Metro by T-Mobile on Park avenue,which was supposed to be open until 5, but they were closed. He was very patient and really helped me setup my new Motorola phone.

Tommy was such an amazing worker. He made sure the new phone we got worked well, he's easy to talk to, and he is very knowledgable about the products he's selling. I recommend going while he's there because of his friendlyness and great attitude. I will definitely go back!
