Called metro... was given the run around, they were very rude and the so-called supervisor hung the phone up on me with out giving me his name or I'd number when I asked for it.. very very poor, and very very unprofessional

Tommy was a great sales rep. I got there on a Sunday afternoon around 3:30 and they closed at 4. This was after going to the Metro by T-Mobile on Park avenue,which was supposed to be open until 5, but they were closed. He was very patient and really helped me setup my new Motorola phone.
