Emmalee did an excellent job doing a setup on my Luna Vista Eagle Acoustic Guitar!! Action & intonation are spot on for both!! This was the first setup since I purchased the guitar! I took it in the first time & when I picked it up, there was a definite positive difference! I returned the guitar to Metronome Music for a bit of tweaking on the action & intonation!! When I picked up the guitar. I was VERY pleased with the results!! Thank you, Emmalee, for a job VERY, VERY well done!!

We love this place. We started coming here for reeds for the kid's sax and we keep looking for reasons to come back. They have a huge selection of instruments. Prices are fair and the staff are very friendly and always helpful.

Nice selection on instruments, however I returned my rental days after a new billing period began and I asked if my final payment should be prorated and was told yes but I was charged full price of a rental monthly fee, when I asked the employee to elaborate further on this he said call back and speak with someone else… process seems outdated and a little sketchy to me.

Let me start by saying I have been coming to this store for over 20 years, brought hundreds of customers their way. I am not the type that gets upset easily and always give someone benefit of doubt. Its suprising to even me I have taken the time to write this review.
Sadly will not be going back because of the utter rudeness of one of their sales people. I have never experienced a poorer interaction with such a rude human being. How this person is allowed to have ANY interaction with the public I cant tell you.
I think some education on professionalism is in order.
Thank you Heather for ruining one of the best music stores around, there are some great folks that work there but I will be recommending all musicians I meet to go elsewhere. I dont want to see that person again and I can not in good conscience send clients there with the chance they have to deal with being made so uncomfortable. Many people feel the same way. I know multiple families even that have signed up for rentals, lessons and made purchases elsewhere because of interactions with that sales person.
I would rather shop online or make the drive to Columbus than to deal with such a person ever again.

Whether you are looking for an acoustic, electric or bass guitar Metronome offers a wonderful selection of guitars, amps and accessories. I found a nice Fender guitar for my son in-law for Christmas. They have something for any level player. Always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you are interested in a guitar or virtually any musical instrument be sure to check them out. I stopped in to buy a manual for practicing guitar playing at home. I found what I was looking for. The staff helped me get the manual that was best suited for my needs. there was no high pressure on me to buy what I didn't need or want.
